Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.

Ich hatte wundervolle Tage in Karlsruhe.
Pros:

Mir hat die Aussicht aus den Giebelfenstern besonders gut gefallen.
Wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und Untergänge beobachtet.

Cons:

Ich war etwas irritiert, da ohne Vorankündigung jemand im Zimmer war.
Es wurde wohl die Glaskeramikplatte ausgetauscht.

Cons:

The check-in is done in a machine two blocks from the apartments. The machine was not working properly, not allowing me to sign, and i could not pick up my key. The only way to contact the company was by phone, and after a long trip, my battery had died.

Der Check in war relativ weit weg und die Karten haben die ersten beiden Male nicht funktioniert, der Fernseher ging nicht aus, sodass man den Stecker ziehen musste, es gab für 3 Fenster nur 2 Vorhänge.

Tram could be outside your window.
Pros:

Great location. Good sized large clean room. As it was a suite there was a kettle, coffee, tea and a fridge.
Check in was painless and worked well. Just make sure you realize it is a 5 minute walk up the road to get your card key from a machine. There is a grocery store right across the street.

Cons:

We were advised ahead of time about the noise so we were prepared for it. As there is no reception you cannot request a room at the back of the hotel. Our room at the front was literally above the tram station. Went to bed at 10 and it was still running and I think it started up around 5. Fortunately there was a fan in our room so we could shut the windows but you could still hear the tram rumble in and out of the station. So, take this into consideration if you are a light sleeper.

Wir waren im ganzen recht zufrieden
Pros:

Die gute Lage. Das das Zimmer sauber war und ein großes Bad. Viel Stauraum.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung zu wenig Geschirr und kein Schälmesser etc.. Keine Deko, Kissen oder Decke.

Verdunkelung nicht ganz möglich da nur eine Jalousie angebracht ist. Fenster muss geschlossen bleiben, da sonst sehr laut.

Pros:

the apartment was clean and located in a decent area. Considering the price, it was acceptable for a one-night stay!

Cons:

The pictures do not accurately reflect the apartment. The bed is not a standard double but a smaller French bed, which is not large enough for us. Pillows were uncomfortable and no parking left
