Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.

Locatia excelenta,super curatenie

Initial pe Booking este trecuta parcarea la 15 euro/zi,apoi cand faci rezervarea afli ca de fapt la locatia premium este 17 euro.Cand am ajuns la proprietate am aflat ca sunt 2 locatii diferite si nestiind am rezervat la comfort
Am avut camera pe partea cu bulevardul si zgomotul tramvaielor este deranjanta
Cu toate astea cazarea este super calitate/pret !

гарне розташування в центрі

Cons:

дуже не зручно проходити 4 світлофори щоб зробити реєстрацію і отримати ключ, треба вводити багато інформації, немає попередньої інформації про паркінг, я сподівалась на номер з вікном на стелі і була не приємно здивована, немає навіть однієї пляшки води

Eine sehr gute Alternative zum Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gut waren: Check-in, Sauberkeit, ansprechende Gestaltung des Apartments. Stadtnahe Lage, komfortable Betten und viel Platz.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig (Flaschenöffner, zu wenig Geschirr, keine Platzsets).

Praktisch gezien een prima locatie met goede bedden.

Cons:

De lift was defect maar met name viel de erg onlogische, onduidelijke en omslachtige manier om je key-card te verkrijgen tegen. Dit is op een andere locatie dan waar je verblijft. Houdt rekening met 30 minuten extra tijd hiervoor.

Sehr einfacher CheckIn, auf Nachfrage auch früher als geplant möglich gewesen. Schnelle Antwort und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Super Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Ausstattung von der Küche war in Ordnung. Sehr einfach gehalten aber ausreichend. Parkplatzsituation war schwierig, da wir mit Dachbox angereist sind.

Super Appartments, sauber, alles drin, gute Lage. Sie passen perfekt für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt. Zentrale Lage in Karlsruhe. Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl.
