Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in der Innenstadt!
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung & Sauberkeit absolut top!

Cons:

Und hat es nicht gestört, sber sehr empfindliche Gäste könnten die Straßenbahn auch trotz guter Schallschutzfenster hören.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und telefonisch erreichbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße und mit Haltestellen mehrerer Tram-Linien mit denen man die Stadt und auch die Umgebung gut erkunden kann. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Bahnhof nur 20 Minuten Fußweg und die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Viel Platz in der Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Empfindliche Ohren empfehle ich Oropax einzupacken 😉 Einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend kann man "nur" im Bett verbringen 😉

Sauber, komfortabel, grosszügig. Ruhig, gut gelegen. Schnelle Antworten auf Mails.

Cons:

Der Zugang ist kompliziert. Die Tiefgarage im 2.UG hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Lift. Um die Tiefgarage zu öffnen sollten mehr Instruktionen gegeben werden.

Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - nur wenige Schritte bis zur Innenstadt mit vielen Resaurants in der Waldstraße. Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist fast sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Bad modern und optimal. Die Küchenzeile ebenfalls. Aber wie soll man das verzehren was man sich zum Frühstück bereitet hat. Es gab nur einen "Hochstuhl" vor der Theke. ein zweiter hätte auch kein Platzu gehabt, da ja der Kühlschrank auch unter der Theke stand. Es war soviel Platz da, für einen kleinen Tisch und zwei normale Stühle!!!! Schade! Hat den Wert erheblich gmindert.

Cons:

Das Bett war zu schmal und zu weich. Der Fernseher ging nicht. (Essensmöglichkeiten siehe oben!) Und dann: Wir haben auf der Vorderseite unsere Wohnung gehabt und da war direkt die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn - Nachts und vor allem auch morgens hatte man das Gefühl die Straßenbahn fährt mitten durch das Zimmer. Die Wohnung unser Tochter auf der Rückseite war besser eingerichtet. Es gab wenigstens eine lange Theke mit ZWEI Hochstühlen, so dass mam dort gemeinsam nebeneinander Frühstücken konnte. Auch war die Straßenbahn dort kaum zu hören. Also ich werde dort nur noch eine Wohnung mieten, wenn ich die Zusage habe, dass sie auf der Rückseite liegt und mit der Zusage, dass es wenigsten zwei Stühle gibt.
