Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.

Cons:

NO RECEPTION. When arrived we dont had ANY INTERNET. We called to the only number provided and we was informed that by the evening the problem will be solved. At evening was not and NO ANSWER to my evening calls ( 9pm until 10pm when i gave up) . Day after the same, and until we leave we dont had ANY internet on the room. Higiene its a concept that the place dont known. Stairs of acess to the room more dirty then the floor of the street. Room: Balls of dust on floor, WC deplorable, tools of the kitchen impossible to be used : DIRTY DIRTY PLACE! Cherry on the top of the cake: Last evening the fire alarm activated and we saw ourselves as all guests, on the middle of the street for over 1h and nobody to solve the situation. Was a false alarm, but and if was not ??? was the most terrible experience on hotels on my life!

Good stay in Karslruhe
Pros:

The appartment was clean, well located and has all you need for your stay. The check-in was easy and the staff very helpfull.

Cons:

In the first appartment we had a little problem with the TV and they came over to try to fix it but was not possible. They move us to another room, so they solve our problem. The elevator sometimes didn't work and been in the 4 floor was a little dificult.

Hat Spaß gemacht, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage für unseren Zweck, großzügig geschntten, vernünftig ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig. Ansonsten gut.

Zweckmässig eingerichtetes Appartment.

Cons:

Durch die gute Lage auch sehr laut.
Zustand/Sauberkeit dürfte für mein Empfinden noch optimiert werden.

Cons:

Und hat es nicht gestört, sber sehr empfindliche Gäste könnten die Straßenbahn auch trotz guter Schallschutzfenster hören.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und telefonisch erreichbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße und mit Haltestellen mehrerer Tram-Linien mit denen man die Stadt und auch die Umgebung gut erkunden kann. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom Bahnhof nur 20 Minuten Fußweg und die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Viel Platz in der Unterkunft, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Empfindliche Ohren empfehle ich Oropax einzupacken 😉 Einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend kann man "nur" im Bett verbringen 😉
