Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Schönes Zimmer in zentraler Lage, top!
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage in Karlsruhe, fußläufig alles erreichbar, angenehme Einrichtung, bequemes Bett, Dachfenster mit Verdunklungsrollos, ruhig, Ventilator, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Gut und günstig wohnen
Pros:

Alles im Ganzen war das eine Spitzenunterkunft. Check in war unproblematisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Kochmöglichkeiten mit Töpfe und Teller mit Besteck war vorhanden. Das Bad war sauber und gepflegt. Ein Ventilator für die warmen Tage war vorhanden. Das Bett ist bequem, weiche Matratze. Check Out um 11 Uhr hat perfekt gepasst. Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Edeka direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

Soweit alles gut. Check in Automat steht ca. 100 m entfernt an einem anderen Standort (aber okay, keine Kritik sondern nur eine Anmerkung)

Todo limpio, ubicación genial, no hay personal de recepción pero contestan rápido los mensajes

Cons:

Justo la semana que estuvimos había una racha de calor y era imposible estar en la habitación porque todo el día le da el sol directo a los ventanales. No hay aire acondicionado y el ventilador no tenía potencia. Quitando eso podría ser un sitio de 10

Era bem central e tinha muitas coisas perto.

Cons:

Muito barulho, não dava pra descansar um pouco mais que até 10h da manhã pois o quarto que eu estava era colado ao lado de uma creche, de manhã e à tarde toda as crianças gritando, isolamento acústico muito fraco. Os funcionários não fizeram muito pra me ajudar.

Super Wohnung in Top Lage - Top Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie ist sehr schön, offen und gross und top ausgestattet. Das Parkhaus ist ebenfalls super auch wenn etwas eng und die Parkplätze sind sehr süss mit em Namen amgschrieben.

Das Checkin war ebenfalls sehr einfach und schnell. Ebenfalls bekommt man vorab alle wichtigen infos die man benötig.

Cons:

Das Wlan war etwas mühsam, man musste sich alle paar Stunden immer wieder neu anmelden.
Leider ist es doch etwas komplizierze bzw. unklar an den Schlüssel für die Tiefgarage zu kommen. Man bekommt vorab die Kombimatione für alles Schlüsselfächer, leider ist es aber welches nun das richtige ist und welchen Schlüssen man jetzt nehmen soll. Allenfalls wäre es hilfreich, wenn man dies bei den Infos die man vorab erhält etwas klarer vormulieren würde.

Die Unterkunft an sich war geräumig modern eingerichtet, Personal war immer schnell zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hatte.

Cons:

1-2 kleine Stellen, die nicht ganz sauber waren.
Ansonsten ist es einfach sehr laut, da es mitten an einer großen Straße gelegen ist, direkt vor der Haustür die Straßenbahn fährt. D.h. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war überhaupt nicht möglich und auch bei geschlossenen Fenster war es sehr laut.
Daher macht im Sommer auf jeden Fall eine Klimaanlage Sinn, Ventilventilatoren bringen einen hier nicht weiter, da in der Stadt grad die Zimmer im vierten Stock extrem aufheizen.

Toll! wie immer!
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr großzügig zugeschnitten!
Das Bad war herrlich groß und die Küche mit allem notwendigem ausgerüstet!
Und es zumindest ein Ventilator im Apartment!!

Cons:

Die Vorhänge waren nicht einfach zu schließen.
Und bei der Parkhausabfahrt benötigt man ein gutes Augenmaß! :-)
