Atenção dos funcionários que é excelente e os restaurante que oferece pratos com ótima apresentação e saborosos.

Cons:

Pequenos detalhes que incomodam , a piscina em frente ao restaurante não é grande , não é possível eventualmente nadar … está mal localizada
Barulho e música alta do “Beach Club “ ao lado do Hotel que incomoda
Obras e reparos que ocasionalmente geram barulho … isso na alta temporada …
enfim não me senti muito à vontade e não retornaria

Pros:

Hotel muito bonito , café da manhã excelente e quarto fantástico .

Cons:

A equipe do janta não chega nem perto da equipe do almoço . O Wi-Fi muito ruim e o celular não tem sinal no hotel. A praia em frente não é das melhores .

Triste, pois já fui ao Kuara várias vezes e, desses vez, achei que a qualidade diminuiu muito.

O capricho nos detalhes e na limpeza sao alguns ponto fortes, atendimento atencioso, produtos loccitane

A única coisa que eu mudaria seria a máquina de café, ou ter outras opções.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, a infraestrutura é maravilhosa. A atenção e educação das camareiras e garçons merece parabéns. O resort é super limpo em todos os ambientes. Os mimos do banheiros são ótimos

Cons:

A alimentação do restaurante precisa melhorar, o café da manhã é excelente porém a comida do almoço e jantar precisa de melhorias e um dia demorou tanto para entregar que pedimos para cancelar

Apartamento excelente, espaçoso e confortável. A cama é ótima. O restaurante para almoço e jantar é muito bom. Hotel bonito e bem localizado. A praia em frente é ótima.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi o único item que considerei abaixo do nível do hotel. Não que seja ruim, mas tem poucos itens e não são de excelência.
