Me encantó
Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza de todas las instalaciones, especialmente la piscina, que estaba siempre muy limpia y cuidada. El trato del personal fue excelente; todos fueron muy amables, atentos y profesionales. Además, la comida del restaurante estaba muy rica, con platos bien preparados y de buena calidad. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable.Adenas la facilidad de poder poner una cuna para que mi hija durmiera con nosotros y la rapidez de respuesta.
Lo que menos me gustó fue que la habitación era bastante pequeña y la ventana daba sensación de agobio, especialmente al viajar con una niña pequeña. La nevera enfriaba demasiado y los alimentos que guardamos llegaron a congelarse.
Aunque la comida del bar estaba muy rica, los precios nos parecieron bastante elevados para la zona, por lo que una carta más asequible sería un punto a mejorar.
También echamos en falta una zona de juegos para niños. Lo que más nos preocupó fue el acceso a la playa, ya que había que cruzar la carretera y en varias ocasiones nos llevamos algún susto.
Por otro lado, agradeceríamos un poco más de flexibilidad en la hora de salida, permitiendo al cliente adaptarla, siempre que la ocupación lo permita.
Por último, el desayuno estaba bien y era de calidad, pero esperábamos un buffet con mayor variedad, especialmente de fruta, panes y opciones dulces. Con una oferta más amplia, la experiencia sería aún mejor. Nos hubiera encantado poder realizar todas las comidas en el hotel pero nuestro bolsillo no nos lo permitía y teníamos que ir buscando sitios acordes al bolsillo.

Tranquilidad, piscina, de los 5 días, 3 estuvimos mi hijo y yo casi solos, los otros 2 si había más gente. No es grande pero suficiente y limpia. El aire acondicionado funciona bien y es silencioso. Está a 5 o 6 minutos de Tarifa , a 2 minutos en coche de la playa Los Lances y Arte y Vida. 7 u 8 minutos a las dunas de la playa de Valdevaqueros, 15 Playa de Bolonia. Está en buen sitio para visitar lo nombrado. Las camas cómodas.
Las habitaciones las hacen hasta las 4.30 de la tarde, por tanto es fácil q si entran a partir de las 3 puedas estar descansando después de comer y o tengas q salir para q las hagan o decirles q no y en tal caso te dejan las toallas. Como el jardín está en la puerta, es fácil q entre algún insecto, pero si ventilas la habitación por la mañana y cierras luego ventanas, y puerta, no hay problema. A la playa puedes ir andando cruzando la carretera, pero es peligroso por ser muy transitada, mejor coger coche. El bungalow es muy básico,, como suele decirse, alojamiento para dormir, sin pretensiones, correcto, sencillo, sin más.
