Located 4-6 km north of Chanthaburi town center. Small bungalows around a concrete patio.
Minifridge, WiFi, bed, shower, toilet is all I needed and can park next to bungalow.
This is decent budget accommodation for travelers, not for a holiday.
Small room. Nearest 7-eleven almost 2km away.
My room didnt have a kettle, but I brought my own.
It was nice room for good price. One of the cheapest in the town so I did not expect luxury. It’s small private cabin with comfy bed, tv, fridge, AC, and sofa. More or less clean for first sign. Super nice staff.
Location is not very nice. Far from center, far from bus station. So You have to have a taxi or bike. Not very nice resort, no garden, no views, just concrete. If you catch noise neighbors who goes sleep very late you won’t have sweet dreams (although it is private cabin, there are paper walls). The worst thing was humidity! Construction is not very functional to get rid of it. So it was humidified all the time! We tried to open all windows, doors, use fan and AC bot it was still there. That is why mold was coming from many part of the accommodation. Specially fridge was full of it. This is what is not thought through.

The owner gave me a full refund once I realised how isolated the property was. The room was tiny but clean
The rooms were photographed when new, they are now looking decidedly tired and in need of a power wash and repair. Too remote only suitable with a car. Nowhere pleasant to sit

Owners are sooooo welcoming, friendly, helpful and generous.
I just stayed one night, but I would loved spend more time there.
Accomodations you get for the price is very very nice. Very quiet location, Clean room, with good bed, clean sheets, fridge, hot shower, local food around .
They lent me a bicycle, and brought me to the bus station for free.

Very friendly family run hotel at lower end of budget. Although not close to center , taxis are easy to find. I had very pleasant Sunday outing with family and saw temples further away, and the waterfall park. Dome food maybe available if you ask.
