ロケーションがよく朝、ビーチにお散歩行きました。ホテル周辺はととても安全でした。最上階の家根裏ぽい造りもオシャレ。

Close to the main centre

Cons:

The shower box was insanely small. Could hardly move to clean. Room small but tidy. No lift to take bags up had to lug onto flights of stairs. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple of nights here if needed.

Lovely boutique hotel. Perfect for solo travelers or couple.
Pros:

The location! It’s perfect for exploring Nice and other areas of France. I traveled solo and loved the area, very quiet and safe. The beach (Blue Beach @ Promenade des Anglais) is a 5 minute walk, the tram station (Alsace Lorraine) is a 7 minute walk and the train station (Nice Ville) is a 15 minute walk. Easy 2-3 minute walk to restaurants, bakeries, fruit market and grocery stores. The Nice Port (ferry) is accessible by tram or Uber. You can walk to the port along the Promenade des Anglais (maybe 25-30 minute). My single room was adorable and comfortable. Pierre, the owner was great! He assisted me with my bags. No elevator or lift but stairs are manageable. The French croissant was a nice treat every morning. Beach towel provided upon request.

Cons:

No buffet breakfast. Breakfast available by special order. No dining area or courtyard to eat takeout meals. Mosquitoes were a problem for me.
