Pros:

Location. Just a few min walk to Promenade des Anglais. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff.

No view. Small room.

Wonderful historic hotel in the center of Nice
Pros:

Bedroom is clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Welcoming and friendly staff. A coffee machine and a kettle are provided, plus you get a tasty croissant in the morning! Easy to reach from Nice train station.

Cons:

Everything was perfect! If I were to be nitpicky, I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine... and there were no teabags provided with the kettle.

Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich und zugewandt. Nette Kleinigkeiten wie ein kostenloses Croissant am Morgen.Die Möglichkeit zum preiswerten Zimmerservice. Die Nutzung von Prime Video war included.

Es war doch sehr eng und es gab nur ein winziges Fenster zum Hinterhof

Excellent place to stay!!!
Pros:

Great hospitality, the hosts were very kind.
Location is excellent, 2 minute walk from the sea.
Room was perfectly enough and well equipped with hairdryer, coffeemashine, hangers, quality shower gel.
Special thanks for the breakfast and the black booklet, it was very useful!!!
I would recommend this place for a stay definately.
