一人旅の人が車で立ち寄ると良いかもと思いました。
Pros:

リーズナブル。

Cons:

ロケーションは車が無いと不便です。
部屋には、シャワーしかありませんでした。
予約する時点で、それがわかるようにして欲しかったです。
私達は高齢なので戸惑ってましたが、若い人の場合は，この宿はおススメかもしれません。

市電の目の前にある。

Cons:

浴室がシャワーのみなのは残念。冬なら余計に寒く感じる。ほかの階も同じ？かなり前に宿泊予約をしたが、部屋が唯一の一階だった。

部屋の入り口が広いタイプなので全体が広く感じて良かった。
全体的にキレイにしてあって良かった。。

Cons:

無料朝食の味がイマイチだった。
周囲の施設が若干遠い。函館競馬場は目の前に在ります。

快適感謝！！
Pros:

５日間滞在で、朝食のメインのおかずは全部違った所。お風呂がカビなし、ベッド凹みもなし、湯沸かしポットの不良も直ぐに対応。フロントにコーヒーや飲み物がセルフで22:00まで常備、電子レンジもあり、長期で自分のペースで過ごすには最高のホテルです。
路面電車の駅の目の前なので、交通の便よし。貸自転車🚲２台あり。

Cons:

２人宿泊で別行動だったので、部屋のキーが２枚いただけたら嬉しかったです（フロントへ言えばいただけたのかもですが）

とても良かったですが、喉が痛くなってしまったのが残念でした。
Pros:

ほぼ全て良かった。
昨年飛行機が飛ばず、現地につかずキャンセルした際は、キャンセル料無料でキャンセルをしてくださったのがとても感動し、毎年ここに泊まろうと思った。

Cons:

部屋の乾燥がものすごく、喉をやられてしまった。
加湿器が置いてあり、それも利用していたが、なぜか夜中に口の中がカラカラになり起きてしまい、その後喉からくる体調不良で旅行を過ごすことになってしまった。

可もなく不可もなし
Pros:

函館市電電停前のロケーションで迷いようがなかった。オーナーの趣味がにじみ出ていたが、私たちとは波長が合っているようで楽しかった。

Cons:

ユニットバスの入口の高さが高すぎる。老人には不快だったし、実際足が引っ掛かった。
