Pros:

Right in front of a bus station. Super friendly staff. Great value

Cons:

The bathtub drain was dirty with visible hair. The water goes down slow due to the dirty drain

❁駐車場は無料でホテル裏手側にある
❁バストイレの水まわりが綺麗⭐︎清潔
❁お部屋の温度が丁度良くて寒くない
❁朝ごはんの時間もゆったりとしているし
品数もあり冷えておらずとても良い
❁地震が起きた直後のチェックインでしたが
ホテルに問い合わせた際には

Pros:

コンパクトなお部屋でも、リラックス出来ました。窓からの眺めは競馬場と、市電が良かったです(特に朝日が競馬場の建物をピンク色に染めて綺麗でした！)
ロビーにあるフリードリンクが嬉しかった💕

Cons:

ベットサイドにライトが無くて残念でした…
デスクのイスが硬くて、もう少し柔らかいともっと良かったです！

目的地が競馬場だったので とても 立地条件がよく便利だった
チェックイン前の荷物預かってくれたのも助かりました

Budgetary
In front of is the Keiba-jo-mae tram station and the opposite of is Hakodate Racecourse (JRA) where there has Illumination display at night during the time at 31/Mar/2026.
Breakfast is good
Parking is available even though you need to pay ￥500/Day
Close to the 湯の川温泉足湯「湯巡り舞台」by taking tram to Yunokawa station and free to enjoy foot bath and Illumination.
Staff is helpful.

Cons:

Charge you for parking fee is not nice since the area is already remote.
Need to drive for meal.
