Yo en la plataforma de Booking realice la reservación especificando que éramos 2 adultos y 2 menores de 13 y 17 años, y llegando al hotel me querían cobrar aparte. Con malos modales.

Excellent atmosphere, kind staffs, good food , safe and comfort
Pros:

Excellent breakfast being foreigner its important. Conf room provided with projector and water bottles was excellent when meet business people. Feel like we are in corporate office when using your meeting room.

Unable to collect water in bathroom. Health set in bathroom may be useful for asians.

La ubicación, relación precio beneficio y el personal de front desk

Cons:

El personal del restaurante tenía una actitud extraña, poco amable.
Coincidí con un grupo grande de jóvenes atletas que llegaban en la madrugada y hacían mucho escándalo, 1:00 AM y me despertaban.
En el baño se estaba trasminando el agua de la bañera al piso del baño.
La lámpara de la entrada no funcionaba. :( muchos detalles en esta visita eh?

El desayuno y la atención muy buenas, bien ubicado cerca de un centro comercial

1)La habitación 510 no sella bien la ventana y el ruido se oye del tráfico en la noche. 2) No pude quitar con el control la luz del aire acondicionado y no permite tener obscuridad total para dormir
