Pros:

Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, beautiful view, location close to the Seattle Convention Centre Summit.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was terrible and had to rely on my own roaming for internet, which is not ideal.

I stayed there last year and had a better experience than this year.
Pros:

Love the location. It’s clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I extended for an extra night and was told by the receptionist that i could stay in the same room. The next day another receptionist was very rude to me and forced me to leave the room and move into a different one because he reserved it for someone else. The fact that I extended and was a returning guest I did not like how he treated me knowing that the only reason I extended was to stay in the same room because I had a lot of luggage. Bad experience.

We were over charged in the bar for someone elses bill
Pros:

We were over charged from the bar, we disputed the charge that was obviously someone else’s drinks or meal, our credit card says we lost the dispute and we are liable, but it is flat wrong

Disappointed in the lack of preparation of the hotel.
Pros:

The staff were extremely nice, apologetic, and very professional about our room not being available at check in.

Cons:

Room was not ready until after 7pm and we should have had a 4pm check in. Paid a premium for a room we were unable to use after a long drive. We ended up utilizing a bathroom in the lobby to get dressed and cleaned up, which is not only unacceptable, but not sanitary. We were not offered a discount for the room that we only used for 10 hours. We finally were able to access it after the concert we attended.

Busy hotel but staff did a good job of handling everything.
