Clean and modern rooms with everything you need.
Friendly staff, even if there was quite a wait at check-in

Cons:

Nice hotel but I landed there in the middle of a convention and NYE party
The hotel was packed and very noisy in the hallways
Also the parking was full so I had to park at another parking 1 block away. Not ideal when you have bags and a dog.

Amazing and spectacular 🩷
Pros:

Let me say me and my mother stayed there and we were completely impressed I’ll start off with check in they were very informational with everything, the elevator uses a key which I feel like is amazing makes me feel safe, it’s only a 5 minute walk from Paramount Theater, you can get yourself a Seattle dog too it’s right next to the paramount, the cleanliness was amazing (I’m a housekeeper also was absolutely amazed), there’s a bar/restaurant also that’s a plus didn’t eat or drink there but the food smelled very good, there’s a market there too for you to get coffee, snacks and other things but overall this is the hotel you want to stay at if you’re going to Paramount theater absolutely phenomenal still blown away by that place 🩷

Pros:

Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, beautiful view, location close to the Seattle Convention Centre Summit.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was terrible and had to rely on my own roaming for internet, which is not ideal.

I stayed there last year and had a better experience than this year.
Pros:

Love the location. It’s clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I extended for an extra night and was told by the receptionist that i could stay in the same room. The next day another receptionist was very rude to me and forced me to leave the room and move into a different one because he reserved it for someone else. The fact that I extended and was a returning guest I did not like how he treated me knowing that the only reason I extended was to stay in the same room because I had a lot of luggage. Bad experience.
