It was very expensive, but the location worked well for the convention I was attending and staff were friendly.
Pros:

It is very close to the convention center. There are great views from the high floors. There are multiple restaurants to choose from on site.

Cons:

The internet service was terrible. There is spotty cell phone reception in the building.

The beds were comfortable and the customer service was great
Pros:

The bar Andare was great and both of the Bar tenders were fantastic! very good service and the food and drinks were delicous.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was not very clean. We had requested an early check in so I feel they rushed to clean the room. There was a big clump of someone else's hair on the floor. The bathroom counters and floor were not very clean and the two glass cups were foggy and dirty. During the night my mom cut her finger on a shard of metal that came off of the toilet paper holder.

Super Blick, aber Achtung wegen Abbuchungen
Pros:

Super Blick von oberen Eckzimmern auf die gesamte Stadt, das Meer und bei guter Sicht auch Mt. Rainier und Mt. Baker sowie Berge des Olympic NP. Man kann sich die Space Needle sparen.

Cons:

Der Preis ist zwar im Durchschnitt für die Kategorie in Seattle. Nach dem Check-out wurde allerdings noch eine Ressortgebühr von 29$ + Tax von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl diese schon im Gesamtpreis über Booking.com bezahlt war. Nach einer Beschwerdemail wurde eine Rückerstattung angekündigt. Trotzdem sollte so etwas nicht vorkommen, vor allem ohne Ankündigung.

Nice but not exceptional.
Pros:

Overpriced but pleasant. Location was ok but didn’t live up to the price.

Cons:

Confusion over resort fee, long queues at reception almost the entire stay.

It was very pleasant and i had a nice view in the high rise and it was clean
