Great Stay!
Pros:

We were given upgraded room & bottle of wine at check-in after we were asked why we were visiting Seattle. Room was very nice. Breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. Buffet had many more options than we ever expected. Dinner at hotel restaurant, Andare, was excellent. Great location. We were able to walk to Space needle and Pikes Market.

Bed was comfortable, the food in the market was disgusting. Threw the sandwich in the bin.

Great Hotel
Pros:

This was a great hotel. My room was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. I attended a conference at the hotel, and all of the conference spaces were excellent. In addition, the hotel was well located as a base for exploring the city: enjoyable walks led me to Pike Place, to First Hill, and to Capitol Hill. All in all, one of the best places I've stayed in a long time!

Great Location/Quality Hotel
Pros:

This is an excellent location whereby all is walkable. The rooms are comfortable and appointed well. My view was great. The atmosphere was perfect to enjoy a conference and social time.

Exceeds expectations
Pros:

Great location - about 0.5 from waterfront/pike place. Summit convention center right across street. Fitness area larger than appears online - very well equipped. Staff was helpful throughout stay. Rooms were clean, recently updated. Water pressure was a bit low and maybe not quite as hot as would be desired but was fine. Would stay here again!

Excellent hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Very nice hotel two blocks from the convention center. WiFi was weak though, and not enough band width to connect to my VPN.
