Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Fernando

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly they’re all amazing!! The rooms are like back home in the US. They are very roomy, and very clean. Would definitely come back. This is probably going to be the place we stay at when visiting San Fernando, Pampanga.

We had a shower drain that continually overflowed due to lack of drainage. This was reported and never fixed. We should’ve had that fixed immediately or they should’ve moved us and they didn’t do either of the two.

Doorman even escorted us to vehicle with umbrella. I have never experienced that before, anywhere

Staff was amazing, its just no facial tissue and microwave available in the room, All in all was great.

Very adequate for short stays. Accommodating, attentive and polite staff. Clean. It does not operate its own restaurant, but they will facilitate ordering from restaurants in the compound. Booked two rooms via Expedia and for some reason, one room did not come with breakfast. We were a bit surprised with the food cost, which was double what one would pay if you would just go to the restaurant outside.

The area is old and not much to do around.

Front desk very courteous, knowledgeable and accomodating. Porters were confused disorganized w luggage delivery. We had an early hike next day and front desk made sure breakfast orders were ready by 7am. Lots dining options nearby

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is exceptionally clean. The staff, from housekeeping to security, are top-notch. It’s worth every penny spent, and we will definitely return.

Lack of amenities such as shower cap, tissue box, the basic amenities provided in a hotel.

Also the lack of standards implemented in the pool. People were swimming in their denim shorts and wearing t-shirts. None of the people using the pool had proper swimwear attire. They were in the pool with their casual outdoor clothes like jersey shorts and casual tops. Definitely not swimwear attire.

Same was true with people hanging out in the lobby in their pajamas for the included breakfast. Understandable maybe for the little toddlers but not grown ups with them all in pajamas at the lobby for breakfast.

Other than that, the 2 queen size beds were comfortable, AC was running well which was a good considering the temp outside, and water pressure was really strong. Staff were pleasant too.

There’s no problem in booking . We just wish we can have shampoos , conditioner and body wash . None of this were provided in the room

Nice location

The outside part of the hotel looks really promising. But my room, the air condition was leaking inside the room.
The biddet was leaking as well. No enough yea and coffee.

Our stay and breakfast was ok. The room was spaceous and comfortable, and it has hot water. Hotel personel was kind and helpful.

The concierge at front carelessly handled my luggage which fell from the push cart that hit the Grab's car right-rear fender due to uneven street curve. He was in a rush.

We stayed here for 2 days and what I would commend is the staff as they were very helpful and assisting. Location is convenient, there are restaurants near. parking and pool is available. There’s also water and ice dispenser on the floor. What I would say that needs improvement would be their wifi connection if possible and breakfast options since they are plated food from pancake house. Overall a value for money.
