Important information:

Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for an extra charge.

Nicht schlecht, aber der Boden im Zimmer muss unbedingt gereinigt werden.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Zimmer ist funktional.

Cons:

Leider wird das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt, es liegen Haare und Staub auf dem Boden. Ich glaube, der Boden wird nicht gewischt und es wird kein Staubsauger benutzt. Der Boden des Zimmers muss unbedingt gereinigt werden. Das Bett im Zimmer ist auch nicht sehr bequem. Wenn man sich hinlegt, sinkt das Bett ein. :(((

Für eine spontane Unterkunft für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend.
Cons:

Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Wohnbereich (kalter Rauch, Duftspray) im Badezimmer hat es sehr nach Urin und Abwasser gestunken

Check-In Katastrophe
Cons:

W środku miasta przy ruchliwej drodze jest automat do Check-in. Starciłem prawie godz żeby jakieś miejsce do zaparkowania znaleźć. Potem z tamtad tez w godz popołudniowych ok 30 min autem do hotelu. Katastrofa!
Jeden recznik był brudny...takie rzeczy jak dla mnie to za dużo. Ja już tam nie wrócę!

Komfortabel, aber einchecken sehr schwierig
Pros:

Schöne neue Wohnung, mit allem, was man braucht, bis auf Kondensmilch

Cons:

Dass man die Zimmer-Karte erst mitten in der Stadt an einer belebten Straße an einem Automaten abholen muss und sein Auto dort gebührenpflichtig parken muss, ist sehr negativ zu werten
