Location is ok, around 15-20 min walk from Dotonbori. Not super clean but ok.

The toilet in the room we stayed was leaking , we had to use to of bath mats & informed the staff at reception about wash basin leakage , they tried to fix it but didn’t work so we kept using extra bath mats
Easy check-in. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
