Sala Baï Hotel & Restaurant School

The students were beyond charming, all of my interactions with them were a joy. There may be the occasional idiosyncrasy but this added to the charm.
The quality of food prepared by the students was exceptional. The laundry service was prompt and efficient too.
The bathroom set up was much better than other stays in Cambodia (separate toilet, sink & shower).
Witnessing the students' enthusiasm and dedication at the morning flag ceremony was humbling. I am privileged to have been part of Sala Bai and their journeys for a handful of days.

Génial.Tout est parfait qu’il s’agisse de l’emplacement à 15 minutes à pied de l’hyper centre que de nos chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées . Le petit déjeuner est varié et très copieux les ingrédients sont de qualité et
savoureux . Tous les codes de l’hôtellerie de luxe sont présents pour un prix plus qu’abordable
Je recommande aussi le restaurant de l’hôtel très agréable et bon .

Le partage avec les jeunes élèves de l'école qui s'attachent à être le plus parfaits possible, appliquant l'enseignement reçu.
Le petit déjeuner servi à table dans 'es règles de l'art et copieux réalisé par les élèves cuisiniers.
La rencontre avec la direction qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de cette école.
Contente d'avoir contribué un peu au fonctionnement de cette école pleine de bienveillance à l'égard des enfants
Très sympa également d'avoir eu un tuk tuk à proximité pour nos allées et venues

We really enjoyed our stay at Sala Baï: The students are very kind and do everything to make your stay a memorable one. It was a pleasure to talk to them and also to the teachers. The room was spacious, very clean, very well equipped and quiet. We liked it that the hotel was a little bit outside the busy city center. For us it was a very special place- one of our highlights of our trip to Cambodia. We wish the school a continuing success to provide young people a brighter future!

Run by beautiful young students ( from disadvantaged backgrounds) but absolutely no compromise. They were charming and the food and accommodation were great.

The place was over our expectations. Really nice rooms, students go out of their way to do everything correctly, just be a little bit patient. We got very good advice about our day in Angkor Wat, and all the help we needed. Location is nice quiet road by the river, more local feeling then being in the centre. If I should be i Siem Reap in the future, I would stay here again.

Sala Bai’s young trainees are lovely, all Khmer smiles! Thank you Instructor Sovy for your students’ front desk service! A first-rate kitchen on site where we observed young chefs in white jackets and chef hats prepare gorgeous food. Our huge room with concrete wax washed walls decorated by a young Cambodian designer. In the evening, a student turned down the bed and turned on the soft lights before we got back from the temples. Simple luxury and amazing service and good feelings supporting the program! Winning combination for a traveling heart.

Great place, all students are very prepared and willing to improve, always ready to help. The room was beautiful, with a big bathroom and big shower. Everything perfectly cleaned. The service is great - reception, room service - and breakfast is very good (both international and khmer options available) with very fresh products. We tried also the restaurant and it's absolutely one of the bests in Cambodia!!!
