Comfortable, classy, and cozy location for us to celebrate our anniversary.
Pros:

The hotel and room looked great, was clean, had a relaxing atmosphere, and we felt very comfortable. The room was cozy and romantic, it had a classy feel, and the hotel staff even gifted us wine to celebrate our anniversary. The room had a large bathroom, a walk-in shower, ample room for luggage, plenty of counter space, big windows with sheer or blackout curtains, and a great heating and a/c unit. The front desk was very helpful as they called ahead to tell us our room was ready and were also able to help us find the parking entrance over the phone. The sitting spaces like the lounge in the lobby and the patio spaces outside (main floor and third level) were very nice and a wonderful option to have. We liked the hot tub, it was clean and relaxing. The close proximity of the hotel to the parking ramp was great and the location of the hotel being right along Main Street was convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Crosby and would love to stay again.

Cons:

The door of the hotel room seemed to not be as sound proof as I would hoped, as some of the other hotel guests were very loud in the hallways (slamming doors and yelling) getting to their rooms on the second floor several hours after quiet hours started at 11pm. I understand the loud behavior is the guest's fault, not hotel management. We went to the Matchstick for dinner and the hostess told us it would be a 30 minute wait which was fine but it was nearly 40 minutes later and she hadn't communicated with us (we were sitting about 15 feet away in the lobby) so I inquired how much longer it would be and she not only had forgot about us but also has canceled our names from the wait list. This was frustrating, but they got us in and the rest of the service from our waiter was fantastic.

Worth the money for a nice little vacation
Pros:

The room was exactly what I expected, the staff was friendly and quick to help. The roof top hot tub was amazing even with record low temps. Will def be returning.

Fun weekend, would probably stay again but most likely during the week to avoid wedding celebrations
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Our room (133) was dark and beds were not the most comfortable. Noisy neighbors kept us up our first night. We felt the wine prices were ridiculously high.

Location was great. Staff was very nice, polite, accommodating. Very clean property. Wish they offered breakfast even if it was just coffee and pastries.

Cons:

Offer a continental breakfast. I mean, for $400 per night that’s the least they could do!

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel. The shower was really good. There was a hot tub on the roof.

Disappointed
Pros:

We liked how close you were to shopping and really appreciated the fact that we could come and park early on your lot before check in and shop before our room was ready and that you held our luggage inside the hotel.

Cons:

Why wouldn't you have shades that keep the SUN/LIGHT out?!? What the heck, how is a person suppose to sleep when you can see lights outside through the shades and light coming in first thing in the morning! Also, most hotels would have ice machines for guests, you shouldn't have to ask for ice in a cup!! Our coffee maker didn't work in our room so we had to go down to get coffee. Room 333, it was reported.

We had a wonderful holiday here and would look forward to making this an annual tradition.
Pros:

We really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and loved the rooftop hot tub. The location was perfect for shopping around Stillwater too and dinner at the matchstick restaurant was incredible.

Cons:

Extremely minor complaints - had some issues with setting the shower temperature and personally did not care for the square bedding pillows.
