A little bit disappointing

When we arrived at the property, there’s nobody at the front desk. In about 20 minutes of waiting a young lady worker pass by me, didn’t say anything, didn’t even say hello. Then 10 minutes later another worker told me the young lady that supposed to be working on the front desk will be out soon, she just had to do something quick at the office. Then she came out together with an older lady. The older lady is the one who checked us in, telling my husband since you booked through third party we were not supposed to give you a free 2 bottles of water, she gave us anyway. Which we would have been fine without that 2 bottles of water. When we enter the room it smells musty.

It was cozy and homey and the kids loved the amount of things to do in the lobby, plus the pool.

Cons:

The pool could have been warmer. We kept having to dry off every so often to warm up to swim more. The beds were too firm

It was fine.
Pros:

Clean facilities and exceptional staff. The hotel is well designed and features some fun amenities like the lobby board games and the pool. The aesthetics of the room were pleasing for a Gen Z/late millennial audience.

Cons:

The eggs at breakfast were unpalatable and rubbery. The beds are still harder than I prefer. The room is abysmally tiny. This hotel is a terrible choice for a traveling family with a crawling baby. I would recommend the hotel to single, younger travelers, exclusively.

20 minutes from downtown Louisville. Quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway. Free hot breakfast including scrambled eggs and pancakes. Clean facility and room. I like that you can smell the detergent on the sheets. Market available for snacks or last minute necessities. Hot coffee and tea available 24/7. Modern technology, including Netflix, USB and USB-C plugs.

Nothing! Im so glad I stayed here!

Pros:

Very clean and welcoming, breakfast was very good. My only complaint is there is an odor in the hallways and very strong in our room. Other than that it was excellent.
