We definitely would not stay here again. Very disappointed to think this is a Hilton property.

The location was fine

The mattresses were horrible and there was one office chair to sit on. The room was not comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and the location was in a safe, convenient area. It stayed very clean and the services were great!

Very nice hotel. Will be back.
Pros:

Location. Newness. Clean. Cool shower.
The elevator was great. Liked the buckets and cups by the ice machine.

Cons:

Would have liked to have a few more breakfast choices, such as muffins or donuts. Also if the eggs and sausage could be warmer. They were cold as soon as I got back to my table.

You could hear planes landing at the airport, but this is what you sign up for when staying at a hotel in proximity of the airport, but either way, it did not bother us at all!

Money hungry, rude,
Pros:

Hotel itself was very nice, very clean, and up to date.

Cons:

My kiddos got sick (well beyond my control) i tried to clean it up for them with the towels provided in my room. I was told they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee due to using the towels in my room, and then he had puked again so i was unable to clean it up, talked to housekeeping and she refused to give me anything for me to clean it up or even look at it as she was on my floor next to my room. Then they told me that it was just so much and i didn’t try to clean it up so they charged me again a cleaning fee. Through the night he puked again and they charged a cleaning fee due to having to “throw out the mattress” bc it has bodily fluid on it. Each of these incidents was $250-$350 A PIECE. Mind you, im sure they DO NOT charge when people have sex in their rooms and get their own bodily fluids everywhere, or when a women is on that time or the month and they accidentally bleed on the sheets/bedding. But my sick kids is an inconvenience to them…. They was VERY rude about everything. Again i would have cleaned up my kids mess, however i did not have anything to clean it up with, and they already charged me for using the towels THEY provided me in MY room to clean up the mess the first time.. its a very “dammed if you dammed if you don’t” hotel with that management, they will also cancel your rooms with any excuse just to up the price, and if you have more than one room booked and you cancel one, they will cancel the CHEAPEST one, and not tell you.
