Für einen Städtetrip sehr gut
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, top Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption müssen die Bar mitmachen und haben durch Anreisen oft keine Zeit… das ist schade

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage war sehr gut für Unternehmungen. Viele Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück war gut. Viele Menschen beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber für mich war die Matratze sehr hart.

Cons:

Man sollte nicht vergessen die 2. Karte im Zimmer zulassen, sodass der Strom an bleibt. Sonst lädt das Handy nicht.

Pros:

Perfetto per brevi permanenze, specialmente se dovete assistere a concerti nella vicinissima Uber Arena. Ottima posizione vicina alla OstBanhof ed al quartiere Kreuzberg.

Posizione fantastica e ottima colazione, ma attenzione ad alcuni dettagli della camera
Pros:

Posizione ottima: L'hotel si trova esattamente di fronte alla celebre East Side Gallery (il muro di Berlino) e alla Uber Arena, una location ideale se si viaggia per concerti o eventi.
Ottimi collegamenti: Le stazioni di Warschauer Straße e Ostbahnhof si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti (circa 10). Offrono collegamenti diretti per l'aeroporto e per il centro città (Alexanderplatz dista appena 5 minuti di treno).
Colazione eccellente ed inclusa: Il buffet gratuito è ottimo. C'è varietà di opzioni calde e fredde, inclusa la macchina per prepararsi i waffle espressi al momento.
Servizio e comfort: Lo staff è di grande cortesia e le operazioni di check-in e check-out sono state velocissime. La pulizia generale è buona e i letti sono estremamente comodi. Molte camere offrono una bella vista sul fiume Sprea o sul muro.
Dimensioni e bagno: Noi ci siamo trovate bene complessivamente, anche se gli spazi sono un po' sacrificati: risulta infatti difficile tenere aperte sul pavimento due valigie grandi (o persino piccole). Il bagno è comunque funzionale e dotato di una doccia molto grande.

Cons:

Mancanza di un vero armadio: Al posto del classico guardaroba ci sono solo degli appendiabiti a vista in una nicchia, scomodi per i soggiorni lunghi. Inoltre, la porta scorrevole è in comune tra l'armadio e il bagno: se ne chiudi uno, si apre l'altro.
Dotazioni della camera: Manca un frigorifero in stanza e non viene fornita acqua in bottiglia gratuita di cortesia.
Disposizione dei letti: Avevamo esplicitamente richiesto i letti separati, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un unico letto matrimoniale. Per fortuna era un Queen size, ma ci è rimasto il dubbio che la struttura non disponga affatto di letti singoli separati.
Pulizia giornaliera: La pulizia completa della stanza non avviene in automatico ogni giorno, ma va richiesta espressamente. Nota positiva: il personale passa comunque quotidianamente a svuotare i cestini.
Servizio e comfort: Non esiste inoltre un servizio ristorazione dell'hotel, solo pochi snack al bancone bar e bottiglie d'acqua a pagamento.
