Noise disturbance, delayed response, unfulfilled promise of certificate
Pros:

Our stay was severely disrupted by loud guests in the room next to us who partied from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. Despite multiple calls and texts to the front desk and on-call manager beginning around midnight, it took two hours to resolve the situation. I would have expected disruptive guests to be removed much sooner.

The next morning, the front desk manager acknowledged the issue, explained the overnight manager was new, and promised to compensate us for the stay. At checkout, we were told that because we had booked with points, we needed to contact the general manager instead of having a comped room. The general manager promised to mail us a free-night voucher, but two months later we still haven't received it, and follow-up emails have gone unanswered.

The hotel would benefit from better overnight staff training, clearer procedures for handling disruptive guests, and stronger follow-through on customer service commitments.

Great room to relax and chill!
Pros:

Nice room, great variety on channels, remote easy to use, comfortable bed, great breakfast.

Cons:

The concierge should always try to put seniors close to the elevator. It's a no brainer to me. My room was nearly at the end of the hall, just about as far from the elevator as you could get. And the view was of the parking lot, but maybe they all were.

Everything was amazing! Staff was great both day and night!
Pros:

I loved the amenities and breakfast was pretty good. Great clean gym.

Cons:

Our kitchen sink and disposal was not functioning well. That was are one and only issue but staff was amazing and quickly fixed the issue.
