Did not stay at the property, was forced to book an alternative accomodation
Rooms were dirty and had several cockroaches running around
The location was fantastic to go to Phong Nha Caves and all the restaurants. The room was large enough. The view from the window was nice. The staff was very kind, they let us shorten our stay due to a mistake in our booking and they really helped us taking us to Paradise Cave for a small price and also let us shower in the afternoon even if we already had our check-out.
The room was not clean, we found a cockroach under the bad and also the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest we have seen.
It was very clean, we felt comfortable right away. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. It was the best value for money we've experienced in Vietnam so far.

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, the room is clean and fully equipped, I will come back and recommend to friends.
We stayed 3 nights, the place was really clean. The host was super friendly and accomodating, they even let us have a late shower and check out at 8pm before our night bus and helped sort out all of our tours during our stay.
They provided us a really nice breakfast in the morning always at a time that worked with our tour. Would recommend!
The location of the hotel was centrally located, very clean and provided basic towels and toiletries.The place is with in walking distance to the ticket booth for Phong Nha cave boat ride. The host, Ms. Thuy is very welcoming and her husband provided us with transportation to the paradise cave about 25 km away and waited for us to complete our tour to take us back to the hotel and transport us to Đồng Hới airport.
We would definitely comedy to this place and recommend to our family and friends.
It has a great location. 10 mins leisure walk to Phong Nha caves office. What I really liked was the hosts. They were lovely and warm people. I was bit lost when I reached Phong Nha and couldn't find my way. They came to pick me up. I wasn't far from their place. They even offered me noodle soup breakfast for no charge. More than the room, I liked the hospitality of the hosts. The room was big and comfortable and reasonably priced. An absolute value for money.
As far as I remember, there were no electrical plugs in toilet. As I use an electrical trimmer for my beard, I couldn't plug it in to a power source. That needs to be there. This was the only thing missing in my overall stay.
