I was supposed to stay here during a volleyball tournament. I booked outside the tournament housing service months in advanced. I received a notice from my Hilton app that the room had been canceled on Monday and I was supposed to check in on Thursday. I called where the receptionist said the manager would call me to help me find a room on a different property. He never called. I received an email saying they were over booked because of the tournament and I would receive Hilton reward points as an apology... Still no points. The customer service is a joke. They knew well a head of time how many rooms were reserved but waited until last minute to let me know. I was forced to pay more to stay in a very questionable hotel because that was all that was left.

The rooms were not clean. One room the sink was not cleaned and could not get it cleaned until the next day. Only stayed one night. The other room the floor was dirty and I wiped it up myself. The bathroom counter and wall had something red on it. I cleaned it up myself. The carpet was not vacuumed well and there were wrappers under the stool when it was moved. The refrigerator was dirty. I would not stay there again.

Have been staying at this hotel since it's construction for many years. This is my worst experience traveling in over 50 years. We booked 2 rooms traveling with others during the holidays and found bedbugs in one of the rooms. We declined to stay and left without soiling the rooms.
Management has been delegated to inexperienced personnel who have no authority to deal with important situations. We had no confidence in them. As a result we were left to search for alternative locations in the middle of the night.
We were charged for our room.
We will not be back.
We are becoming concerned for our safety when traveling because of the lack of professional staff in many hotels. What happens if a deadly crisis occurs. Fire? Robbery? Health emergency?
We found rooms at a Drury Inn whom we feel have a veteran, professional staff.
Edit #2: Your reply says to contact the GM. I have already done this and the GM, Tiffany Dunn, is extremely disrespectful and saying that their chargers work and insinuating that I do not know how to charge my own vehicle. The chargers did not work. Home 2 Suites website states: "We guarantee an engaging experience and clean, comfortable accommodations. If you aren't completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night's on us." The GM has not made it right.
Edit: Now only 1 Star because the manager tried defending the hotel saying that the EV chargers do work. This is a lie, as I tried multiple times with the different stations that they have. And what does she offer, 5000 Hilton points, what a joke.
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment regarding my stay. I chose this specific Hilton property primarily because it advertised on-site EV charging—a feature I verified with the front desk before paying for my room.
Upon checking in, I discovered the chargers were not functional. I contacted the front desk and the employee discovered that they were tagged out and locked at the breaker. This inconsistency between your advertised amenities and reality has caused significant disruption to my travel plans, as I now had to wake up early to find a public charging station.
Furthermore, the room condition was well below Hilton standards. Specifically, I noted:
Peeling wallpaper and poorly maintained flooring and baseboards in the bathroom.
Extremely low water pressure in the shower.
A loose, unstable toilet.
How it looked
A staff member followed me and my fiance to our car and stuck his whole body and head in our car it made everyone in the vehicle extremely uncomfortable and not safe.
Nice room with plenty of space and a kitchen.
We had no housekeeping service during our entire five days.
Very disappointed with my experience with this hotel.
No running water for half a day, next 2 days no hot water!
Told I would be reimbursed for my stay in points! Which would more than fix the issue.
Took 42 days and 12 phone calls to get enough points to reimburse half of a night!
