Convenient to have appliances, clean and quiet.
No cold water in kitchen. Reported to desk. Still not addressed as we left four days later.
Upon check-in, I was greeted by a lovely front desk worker named Z. She was super helpful & made she all my requests we're met. I stayed 2 days & she was there at check out, being super helpful during the breakfast rush as well! I love it when I encounter ppl like that it makes my stays so much more comfortable.
This hotel is super secluded, which I also enjoyed but a short drive to many restaurants and shops.
Had an issues with the fridge leaking and making a terrible noise, I did notify front desk. Unfortunately, maintenance was not there that day to look at it. The sound did keep me up into the late hrs, I did make front desk aware of that so that didn't send someone to knock on the door early to look at it. But other than that. It was great
It was clean and staff was friendly.
I was supposed to stay here during a volleyball tournament. I booked outside the tournament housing service months in advanced. I received a notice from my Hilton app that the room had been canceled on Monday and I was supposed to check in on Thursday. I called where the receptionist said the manager would call me to help me find a room on a different property. He never called. I received an email saying they were over booked because of the tournament and I would receive Hilton reward points as an apology... Still no points. The customer service is a joke. They knew well a head of time how many rooms were reserved but waited until last minute to let me know. I was forced to pay more to stay in a very questionable hotel because that was all that was left.

The rooms were not clean. One room the sink was not cleaned and could not get it cleaned until the next day. Only stayed one night. The other room the floor was dirty and I wiped it up myself. The bathroom counter and wall had something red on it. I cleaned it up myself. The carpet was not vacuumed well and there were wrappers under the stool when it was moved. The refrigerator was dirty. I would not stay there again.

Room wasn’t cleaned up bed wasn’t made key didn’t work hallways full of trash breakfast bad bagel 2 days old so all and all it was awful.
