Sehr gemütlich in zentraler Lage. Gute Ausstatung, typisch kenyanisches Essen. Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr geaachtet.
Ein Ort zum Abschalten vom Alltagsstreß.

Cons:

Sehr unorganisiert, wir waren "leider" über Silvester mit Abendessen eingebucht. Da am Silvesterabend ein Buffet stattfand wurden wir einfach vergessen. Hungrig reklamierten wir und wurden dann, nach einer Stunde der Personalverwirrung, wie Bittsteller in einer kalten Ecke zum Silvesterbuffet geparkt.

Perfect for a long stay.
Pros:

It was very beautiful and clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and professional. I’d come back to stay here.

Cons:

My booking included breakfast but when I got there I was told it was exclusive. Paid for bed only. Since it was a night only stay I didn’t mind so much.

I was extremely happy and it was value for money
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed an adaptor/plug to charge my phone because my one fits the South African plugs and the gentleman who stands by the door went to the Westside mall and bought one for me with no hassles. Im really impressed with that hotel. Looks rough on the outside because of the surroundings but once inside, its blissful. Top notch service and breakfast. The only request I could have with their breakfast is for them to add pork products to complete their spread.

Cons:

Its not their fault, but the streets are busy the whole night. The scooters don't stop.

Pros:

The food on the first night was really good and it was all men serving us. They were great. On the second night it was diffrent staff, mostly women They were not as friendly or as helpful. All in all its a good hotel with good food.

Cons:

To much light in our room. The little windows at the top need curtians to stop the unnatural light entering the room at night.
