Pros:

Good price. Good room. Shuttles for the airport are easy to use and convenient. I was only there to sleep so can't say much else. I've used this company in other states and have always been comfortable and satisfied with my stays.

Cons:

I called a couple of times to ask about check in or if there was early check in available due to our unusual situation. Both times the person on the other end was short, curt and hung up with out saying goodbye. Odd, and quite honestly, rude. Mar me fault nervous about my upcoming stay.

It was ok but far from great and the last time I will use that particular property.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable with a good location for my needs.

Cons:

The tv didn’t work. The night desk person offered little help. It was late and I gave up trying to fix the issue. The breakfast was lack luster.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and I liked the room layout

Cons:

the service, the location, parking, landscaping, out of service pool. breakfast looked terrible, the peloton bike didnt have a subscription, outdoor lounge/searing area was filthy

Short one day stay, but appreciate the accommodating staff and cleanliness.
Pros:

I appreciated being able to have a room to fit my family size of 5, without having to get more than one room with small children. I like that there was a nice sitting area in the lobby and bar.

Cons:

I did not like that the laundry appliances were broken, but the staff quickly accommodated me. I did not like the pancake batter (vanilla).

Good Stay
Pros:

We found ourselves at this hotel, unexpectedly one late evening after our late night flight was cancelled. Check in was friendly, and it was nice that there was an onsite small marketplace to grab a few drinks and some snacks. The lobby was welcoming, and we were informed of the free breakfast – however this was only served early, and due to our late arrival – we wouldn’t be awake in time – so this was a little disappointing, and it would be good to see breakfast served later.

Our room was spacious, clean and full of amenities that we needed. The bathroom was a good size, with a modern walk in shower which we prefer. The hotel also kindly provided late check out when we explained our situation. There was a pool onsite, but we didn’t check this out, but there were warm cookies provided in the lobby the following day. They baked some cookies on reception which were free to take and very tasty and a nice touch.

Overall, the stay was very nice, and lives up to the Homes 2 Suites brand that we have stayed at before and had similar very good experiences for the price. We would certainly recommend.

Great place for a night before/after your flight
Pros:

Great place to stay near EWR. The windows are sealed so it is very quiet, can’t hear the airport nor the highway (but the inner walls are thin, so you might hear the neighbours…) Big room, big kitchen (no stove) and comfy beds and sofa. Nice gym. Free shuttle to the airport

Hard to find good food in the area

Comfortable, had everything I needed, just wish I would have been able to try the breakfast.

Breakfast should be served until 10 or 9:30. 9AM is too early when checkout is 11.

Cons:

Called ahead of time to confirm the free shuttle details which runs every 30 minutes. Had to call back again on the day as the shuttle didn’t arrive, was put on hold twice for over 5 minutes (which was surprising since it was 2am), and then to finally be told that the shuttle runs 15 and 45 past the hour, which seems like key information the previous staff member failed to mention.
