Et godt opphold nær Houston airport, gratis airport transfer.
Pros:

Veldig hyggelig betjening, og de tilbød både airport transfer og gratis kveldsmat som vi ikke visste på forhånd - veldig positiv opplevelse. Vi bodde på mange hoteller i USA i sommer, og dette var blant de aller beste.

Cons:

Kommer ikke på noe. Fordelen med stedet er at det er nært flyplass og motorvei, så hvis man ikke ønsker nærhet til dette, er kanskje omgivelsene ikke så superspennende.

Excellent airport hotel
Pros:

Big room with kitchenette. Good shower. Excellent service to and from airport/car rental. Free self laundry.

Cons:

Breakfast finished already 9:30 and then the staff seemed to take over the breakfast. When I was in the gym there was a constant stream of staff going back and forth to the laundry room.

Great except for phone issue.
Pros:

Spacious suite, very pleasant staff, clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Weak water pressure in shower.

Had problem contacting property by mobile - calls either dropped out or went to voicemail. This was extremely frustrating when trying to arrange a shuttle. Found out this happens when mobile has a foreign number. Needs to be addressed.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and all the workers were so professional and friendly. I felt welcome the moment I walked through the doors. The suite was clean, home away from home, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the variety of food was excellent. I really enjoyed the fact of how quiet the hotel was at night, and the hotel is close to the freeway, and variety of different restaurants. I will visit again!!!

Great airport layover location
Pros:

One night layover. Free shuttle service from airport we called when we arrived. Front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus man also lovely. Rooms were fine and clean.
Shuttle bus even dropped us later at a restaurant which was great.

Cons:

Next day we had an early start leaving around 0630 which was the first shuttle to airport but we're told that the lady was stuck in traffic and then had to have her coffee so didnt know exactly when we would get a transfer. We got an uber
Breakfast started at 0730 so we could get anything before leaving which was a pity. Its close to airport so I am sure we are not the only ones with early flights ,it would have been nice to have earlier breakfast times.

Pros:

Chambre très propre et cuisine fonctionnelle

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes avec un lit et un sofa bed mais le sofa bed était juste pour une personne et le matelas du sofa bed était catastrophique. Ils nous ont obligé à mettre des tabourets pour faire une 2e place de lit

Great stay, we will be back in the future.
Pros:

Room was very clean, with a nice balcony. The complimentary breakfast, especially the yogurt bar and fresh coffee, was outstanding. The pool was clean & nice as well! The location was convenient with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only small downside was the pull out couch being a TWIN SIZE (this is not mentioned in details). It was tight for two adults.
