Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness (“It was very clean”, “Clean”). Overall consistently described as very clean.
Service
8.8
Generally praised for friendly, helpful staff and reliable airport shuttle/transfer, but some service friction reported (phone/contact issues when arranging shuttle, staff presence during breakfast/gym) that lowers this slightly.
Location
9.5
Frequently noted as conveniently close to the airport and major roads (under 10 km to airport), described as a key advantage.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds, kitchenettes and good showers in many reports; a few issues mentioned (weak water pressure in one room, some in-room electronics failures) lower the score slightly.
Amenities
8
Amenities include kitchenette, coffee machine, free self-laundry, airport shuttle and occasional free evening meal; however broken televisions/phones and some operational issues were reported, reducing this score.
Value for Money
9.2
Multiple guests comment positively on value (good quality/price for families, well suited for airport stays), indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast is described as excellent by several guests and complimentary evening food noted; one complaint about breakfast service/timing (ended early) slightly tempers the score.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive experiences reported (friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good airport service) with isolated operational issues; net experience aligns with target rating.

Et godt opphold nær Houston airport, gratis airport transfer.
Pros:

Excellent airport hotel
Pros:

Big room with kitchenette. Good shower. Excellent service to and from airport/car rental. Free self laundry.

Cons:

Breakfast finished already 9:30 and then the staff seemed to take over the breakfast. When I was in the gym there was a constant stream of staff going back and forth to the laundry room.

Great except for phone issue.
Pros:

Spacious suite, very pleasant staff, clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Weak water pressure in shower.

Had problem contacting property by mobile - calls either dropped out or went to voicemail. This was extremely frustrating when trying to arrange a shuttle. Found out this happens when mobile has a foreign number. Needs to be addressed.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and all the workers were so professional and friendly. I felt welcome the moment I walked through the doors. The suite was clean, home away from home, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the variety of food was excellent. I really enjoyed the fact of how quiet the hotel was at night, and the hotel is close to the freeway, and variety of different restaurants. I will visit again!!!

Great airport layover location
Pros:

One night layover. Free shuttle service from airport we called when we arrived. Front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus man also lovely. Rooms were fine and clean.
Shuttle bus even dropped us later at a restaurant which was great.

Cons:

Next day we had an early start leaving around 0630 which was the first shuttle to airport but we're told that the lady was stuck in traffic and then had to have her coffee so didnt know exactly when we would get a transfer. We got an uber
Breakfast started at 0730 so we could get anything before leaving which was a pity. Its close to airport so I am sure we are not the only ones with early flights ,it would have been nice to have earlier breakfast times.

Pros:

Chambre très propre et cuisine fonctionnelle

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes avec un lit et un sofa bed mais le sofa bed était juste pour une personne et le matelas du sofa bed était catastrophique. Ils nous ont obligé à mettre des tabourets pour faire une 2e place de lit
