Ask for 4th floor if you wanna sleep

Nice room, great breakfast, reasonable price!
Pros:

Sheets were awesome and bed very comfortable! The breakfast selection was very good! Well above average for a hotel breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean!

Cons:

Somehow, after we checked in, our room was also given to another person who used their key and walked in on us! They were as shocked as we were (thankfully, neither of us had just stepped out of the shower). Next morning after breakfast, we found that our keys had been deactivated and our names was no longer on the occupant list!

Pros:

Stay was fine. The thermostat was broke in my room and they said they had no one to fix it and they were booked up. They ended up changing my room, but that meant the next person was going to have a broken thermostat.

Next I paid for the room in full before I got there. They took my card like normal but proceeded to charge me for the room again. 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get them to refund me.

The rooms are nice, the staff was nice, but just too many issues to rate higher.
