Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und das Bett bequem.
Eine Mikrowelle würde das ganze noch toppen, aber ich habe nichts zu meckern 😉

**Subject:** Refund Request – Sass Apartment (Host Unreachable, Check-in Not Possible)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been booking my accommodations through Booking.com for many years. I live in Switzerland, and on **Friday evening around 8:00 PM**, I booked a room for one night at **Sass Apartment** through your platform. I immediately received a confirmation email.

According to the information on your website, the property is open until **10:00 PM**, and check-in should be made approximately half an hour before that.
However, we started calling the host at **9:40 PM** – **more than twelve times**, using both local and international numbers – but could not reach anyone.

On a été surpris en bien car les avis étaient plutôt négatifs et nous, nous étions très satisfaits !
Pros:

L'appartement a beaucoup de place (on a même monté nos vélos dans la chambre).
Le personnel a tout fait pour bien nous recevoir

Cons:

La cuisine n'est pas équipée (même pas d'assiettes !) (on s'y attendait un peu car sur le site de booking il y avait une photo de la cuisine mais dans l'équipement il ne figurait ni vaisselle, ni ustensiles de cuisine).
Il manquait du savon et des sacs à poubelle.
Le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un appartement dans un immeuble ce n'est pas évident d'avoir une clé quand on réserve le jour même.
