Tudo muito bom!
Pros:

Recepção ótima, todos funcionários muito educados, restaurante muito bom, apartamento grande e ótimo. Estrutura muito boa, café da manhã nota 8/10 pela variedade, atendimento é 10/10. Acesso muito fácil à praia e estrutura de praia muito boa tbm. Recomendo e voltarei, com certeza.

Foi uma boa estadia, somente duas observações.
A equipe de atendimento do front desk precisa de uma reciclagem, pois parece que não estão preocupados com o cliente.
O wifi do apto funcionava somente na sala, não pegava nos quartos. Talvez um repetidor no último quarto resolva a questão.

Bem, tivemos uma hospedagem nuito agradavel, hotel com limpeza e manutenção impecáveis. Tudo novo e muito conservado e cuidado. Piscina limpa. No caso da jacuzzi, seria melhor organizar por horários...alguns hospedes entram e não saem, sendo que o tempo de uso é de 30 min.
Creio que o café da manhã poderia ser mais sofisticado, com mais opções. A parte kids tbem precisa de mais diversidade e seria incrível se houvesse recreação infantil. São algumas observações de melhoria, pois recomendo o hotel!

Apartamento excelente, praia maravilhosa, comida do restaurante (almoço e jantar) muito boa. O café da manhã poderia se rum pouco melhor e a brinquedoteca também. Mas nenhum problema sério, voltaremos com certeza.
