A spacious room with secure parking
Pros:

The room was a good size, had everything required for my trip and there is a secure car park at teh rear of the property which is a huge bonus for the region.
The bathroom and shower were great and there was a good size desk for working.

Cons:

The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to integrate with next door's coffee shop through a simple app/interface to allow you to book a breakfast / drink. With no breakfast facilities on offer, this would be a great addition.

Pros:

I attended my uni induction at BCU South Campus and it literally is just behind so for me it was perfect. They are self-check in but it was smooth. They had very clear instructions both through WhatsApp and Booking.com. They are very responsive and polite on WhatsApp messages as well. Room was fantastic and really enjoyed my stay. I love that they have proper cafetier coffee, too.

Cons:

This is purely personal --- the pillows.

Pros:

Safe parking..good location..bath and shower fantastic

Cons:

No staff on site..room very small... low slanting roof at end of bed, banged head a few times..velux windows with no view other than the sky...
Generally touch clean..but thick dust on ceiling lights..very off putting when above your bed..

Beautiful but UNSTAFFED property
Pros:

My husband loved the decor, comfortable furnishings and the tea/coffee provided.

Cons:

Made booking for my husband to stay close to hospital where I was an in-patient. We are both seniors and struggle a little with all this remote technology/door codes stuff. He also has mobility limitations. His door code didn't work for his attic bedroom and had to phone the contact given. Eventually they found the correct number.

All said above - overall, the building is lovely I’ve stayed there many times but this was the worst experience I’ve had
Pros:

Clean and well presented as always

Cons:

Not only was the TV not smart TV comparable the basic channels were not working which really impacted our stay negatively and reduced entertainment and quality downtime as my partner left to go home and collect her laptop in order for us to watch TV.

We were in room 18 which I’ve found to be the worst location due to….
Our bedroom door vibrating noisily each time the front door opens and closes

What sounding like a lawnmower or other type of gardening activities early morning whilst I was asleep

The coming and going, checking in or out of residence was noisy due to the location of room 18 behind next to the front door which I anticipated from the moment I arrived.

Great Hotel, great facilities in a fantastic location
Pros:

Beautiful interior, great decor, bad was large and very comfortable, my room was split level, the bathroom had a roll top bath. Coffee and tea making facilitries, and a good sized TV. Nice towels and robes too.

Cons:

My only gripe was the body was and moisturiser we’re badly depleted and needed to be topped up.
