Finde en familia de 3 noches, espectacular todo. Servicios, pádel, piscina interior, gimnasio,vistas, tranquilidad.. Apto para perritos y tienen todo lo que necesitas. Es la segunda vez que venimos y seguro que repetimos.

El apartamento bastante bien. En el piso de abajo había una zona de juegos para los niños que estaba bien y es práctica.
La única pega es que no había servicio de desayuno en el hotel, estaba cerrado…

Amplio, cómodo y limpio.
Pros:

Apartamento super amplio, limpio y cómodo. Estuvimos solo una noche y no conocimos las instalaciones del hotel. Como era entre semana no había opción de desayuno, por esto pongo 4 estrellas al servicio. La chica de la recepción super amable y atenta.

Great stay with family.
Pros:

We were a family of four staying in a bungalow at the camping location but we also used the main hotel up on the hill and both properties were great. The bungalow was pretty basic but had what we needed and we could walk to the restaurant and sports stuff.

The restaurant at the camping location was really great with fast service and delicious vegetarian options.

The view at the hotel on the hill is fantastic.

Service was great. We will def return

Very disappointing
Pros:

We go to Cerdanya every year. This was our first time staying here and we will not return. There was a surcharge for EVERYTHING and I mean, everything. The breakfast is expensive and not well stocked. There were moldy garlic heads served and when I asked if they could replaced with new ones I was told I could scrape the mold off. When I looked at the gentleman like “what?” he changed his mind and went to get fresh garlic. The scrambled eggs were so raw you could pour them onto your plate and people repeatedly had to ask them to replenish the warm food.
They charge a fee for the coworking space which doesn’t even have faster wifi than the rest of the facility and is not a particularly cozy space - feels like a cafeteria with harsh lighting. They charge extra to access the spa if you are staying anywhere but in the main hotel building and then when you get there the warm pool isn't even warm enough, nor the steam room or the heated bench. Everything is luke warm.
We ate dinner there one night & it went so badly that we booked dinner at a different hotel the second night. Waited 20 min for someone to take our order, when the chicken arrived it was cold and when we sent it back they returned it 20 min later so burned I couldn’t cut it. Then they charged us half price for the meal. Any decent place would have comped it as it was entirely inedible. I sent it back and didn’t eat dinner. The kitchen staff were kind and apologetic but clearly management doesn’t set the right tone.

Amazing resort with lovely staff
Pros:

We went for skiing on the week of half term and we stayed at the apartments. The views were amazing, the apartment had all the facilities. The children loved the kids club and the inner pools as well as the Spa.
We cooked in the apartment most of the days but the food at the camping was amazing and worth to try it. We used to buy fresh cakes at the bakery of the village each morning. Maribel (her owner) was very helpful recommending us her local products.
We couldn’t have enjoyed more. Thank you to all the staff at the ECORESORT and specially to his owner David. We will come back next year!! Xx

We stayed at bungalow 14. No views and bungalows very close to each otherZ Paid around 140euro per night in September. The place is very basic and quite run down. The fridge and freezer were not working, no hairdryer, no coffee machine. The cheapest possible furniture/fittings.

This place is decent is you were to it 50-70 euros a night.

El bangalow está todo muy limpio y completo, tiene una vista maravillosaaaa, pero está muy lejo del restaurante y de la granja. El restaurante tiene una carta estupenda! Pero abre pocos dias y tarde para desayunar. La verdad es que me encanta como esta todo muy bien cuidado y la naturaleza de la region!

La habitación era estrecha, la comida mala. Muy caro, calidad precio. Las terrazas tenían suelo de hierba artificial en la Cerdaña... pedimos unos cafés que nunca llegaron.

Pros:

Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones pero el personal no es muy amable. Sin aviso previo cerraron la piscina por obras de mejora cara al verano. En ningún momento en la reserva se avisó de este tema. A cambio nos dejaron usar sólo la pisicna del SPA con los niños en la que tenían que guardar silencio y no nos dejaron hacer tampoco un recorrido en familia del SPA a cambio.
