Pros:

Clean room w/comfy bed. Really appreciate pet friendly policy. Nice amenities: outdoor seating & grilling area, free breakfast, in room ice maker, Adequate parking. Located close to route #26

Cons:

Poor kitchen lighting - above stove light & under cabinet lights not working. Arrived to dishwasher full of clean dishes. Was tired & didn't want to deal with extra tasks (but I did unload).

Didn’t stay.

Cons:

Came on Valentine’s Day well after check-in time and they said the room was not ready. They said they were understaffed with one person to clean all the rooms and it was not clean. We said we needed to go to another hotel. Manager claimed she would refund us, but it’s 5 weeks later and no refund and no response to messages. Out over 300 bucks and didn’t even stay there. Bad management, understaffed and unprofessional.

Our stay was very nice and quiet. The room was what we expected and very clean

Check in staff was very professional and friendly.
Easy checking in and out
The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.
The sheets were clean and fresh smelling and plenty of towels
The room was very clean. House keeping does an amazing job!
I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing, inside the bath tub when wet was very slippery trying to step out, however there are plenty of holding bars inside to hold onto.

Property was clean, bed was comfortable, never got breakfast was always cleaned out by other guest taking 10 plates back to their rooms so, I guess that means it was good.

Cons:

They don't attempt to clean the parking lot of snow so you can park or even get to the property. Maybe I was expecting too much, but having to park down the street instead of being able to park in the hotel parking lot is a problem. Need to fix the elevator, it shakes bad when going up. Staff really don't care if you have issues in the room.

This time it wasn't very good.

When we checked in, shower soap dispenser empty, garbage disposal jammed up, kitchenette sink drain backing up, bathroom sink drain stopper wouldn't open. Reported problems to front desk, never was corrected during our stay. Saturday morning, woman who makes breakfast didn't show up for work, consequently no breakfast. Woman on duty at the time had the attitude of a bent trash can. All our previous stays have always been good, This one sucked.
