Breakfast could have been better.
Everything, especially the breakfast each morning!
Staybridge Suites is my new go to ... nice size rooms, nice staff and a decent breakfast.
Great breakfast gym and pool
The lights in my room did not work. It took 45 minutes to check in because a computer was down, and the tv “connect to device” would not work. When I asked the main desk for help he didn’t know how to help.
the breakfast was excellent, the bed was nice & comfortable, the overall facility was very clean, well kept & the staff was superb, location was fine because everything was close by.

Great location for our activities
no extra toilet paper in room. Could not connect to TV to stream a movie. Neither room had two beds

The facilities were excellent.
The breakfast was hit or miss. Scott did an excellent job with breakfast, but the days he wasn't there it seemed like the breakfast was not taken seriously. The scones were old and dry, the plates were Styrofoam. The eggs were sloppy. Tables weren't wiped down. Etc.

My room could have been cleaner. There were fingerprints on the counters and cabinets.
The breakfast area was really nice, lots of variety, plenty of parking room was comfortable, always love having a kitchen and sitting room!
Everything was fine, nothing stood out that bothered me
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They took care of everything we asked for right away and were always quick to help whenever we had a question. The breakfast was excellent.
Unfortunately, for some reason the hotel does not provide housekeeping if you stay over the weekend — even light cleaning is only done on weekdays. We stayed over the weekend and also one weekday, but during our entire stay no one took out the trash or changed the towels. That was a bit inconvenient, since the trash piled up quickly. It would be great if light housekeeping were also available on weekends.
This hotel was family friendly with an air of class. It definitely exceeded our expectations and was perfect for what we needed.
AC was broken, so we slept horribly.
