Decent
Pros:

Great location for the sports pavilion, nice decor, cool lobby with games and seating for my teens to hangout.

Cons:

Beds are way to firm. Back and neck was hurting both nights couldn't get comfortable. Not ideal for side sleepers. There wasn't much variety at breakfast.

Not our best stay here
Pros:

The location is good. Staff at the front desk is friendly. Breakfast isn't bad. Every time we have stayed here it has always been quiet.

Cons:

Our room was not as clean this time as it normally is. We found long dark hair on the fitted sheet and there was a smell of sweat in the room that hit me as soon as I opened the door.

Tru by Hilton was a great place to stay while visiting Lawrence.
Pros:

Tru by Hilton was a great choice for our trip to Lawrence for a basketball tournament. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay.

Special thanks to Rose at the front desk for her helpfulness and to the cleaning supervisor, who was very accommodating as I checked the rooms to make sure the kids hadn’t left anything behind.

We’ll definitely stay there again!

Expected a more comfortable and cleanly stay for the price.
Pros:

Location was pleasant.

Cons:

The room was not clean up to standard. There was loose hair all over the bathroom. There were stains on our bed sheets. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way. The breakfast crew could have been a little faster replacing and filling empty containers.
