I stayed at this hotel from 26–27 June 2026, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall service.
* The hotel experienced a power outage for almost the entire day, yet there was no prior notice or communication to guests. While I understand that power outages can happen, the way the situation was handled was highly unprofessional.
* The hotel had no backup generator. At the very least, there should have been enough emergency power to operate the elevator or provide basic support for guests.
* During the outage, the elevator was completely out of service, and the hotel offered no assistance or alternative arrangements.
* My room was on the third floor. At check-out, I had to carry 2–3 heavy suitcases down the stairs by myself. A staff member was standing right outside my room, saw me struggling, and made no effort to help.
* The rental motorbike was handed over with only one bar of fuel. I refilled it to four bars and only rode a short distance. When I returned it, there were still at least three bars left, yet I was told the hotel had added fuel worth 30,000 VND. That was both confusing and disappointing.
* The hotel has been recently renovated, so the room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service quality and customer care were far below expectations.
A hotel can face unexpected problems, but what truly matters is how those problems are handled. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
We upgrade to a family double room , higher rate for a better view with balcony.
The staffs are very friendly and get everything fixed whenever we have problems.
Room facilities needed to be improved a lot. Lights was burnt out, reading lamp was not working, water leaking under the sink make stains and slippery floor. Door lock was very old style with key. The wind blow not to strong but shaking the door and making noise, too.

Tất cả trừ vị trí từ cơ sở vật chất đến nhân viên:
- Cơ sở vật chất cũ kĩ, hư hỏng, bể.
- Không có nước nóng, báo lễ tân và nhân viên không ai giải quyết và xử lý được, kiểm tra và báo lại xong cho ăn 1 cục im lặng -> vô trách nhiệm. Kỹ thuật giải thích khách sạn chỉ có hệ thống năng lượng mặt trời nếu ko đủ nắng là ko nóng nổi -> lùa gà, ks lớn như thế lại ko có hành động nào cho việc đó, mùa đông và mùa mưa luôn luôn ít nắng vậy cứ mùa đông là khách phải tắm nước lạnh sao...
- Nhân viên nói năng có vẻ lịch sự nhưng thiếu trách nhiệm, đặc biệt vấn nạn nhân viên buồng phòng và lễ tân thường xuyên giữ thang máy bằng chìa khoá nội bộ, đứng tầng 4 chờ mãi tầng 2 ko lên và hiện chấm đỏ dạng kỹ thuật thay vì mũi tên di chuyển, lần thứ 1 xuống bắt quả tang báo lễ tân thì kêu chắc khách chặn, lần thứ 2 trong cùng ngày thì lẽo lự ngây ngô kêu thang vẫn hoạt đông bình thường trong khi chìa khoá đang còn cắm trên thang máy.
- Ấm đun sôi mở ra hú hồn, dơ như thiết bị nhà nghỉ.
- Cách âm cực kì tệ, đã ở khách sạn khắp các nước đông nam á, nhưng đây là cái ks có chất lượng cách âm 0 điềm vì không hề có cách âm. Tiếng nói chuyện, xe cộ, cười giỡn nghe như sát bên tai.

The room felt stifling because the main window was sealed shut. Only two small top-louvered vents was available, and even its latch was broken, preventing me from opening it.
Housekeeping only focused on major surfaces and general procedures, neglecting small details. The toilet sprayer was absolutely filthy and reeked of raw sewage the first time I used it. Truly a nightmare.
