2nd bedroom isn't really private with screen doors, I possibly didn't read the description.
Location and proximity to Hastings creek and Cabarita
It was very old, very dirty feeling, main bed was very uncomfortable, we booked a 2 bedroom BUT the second bedroom was a slider door with a room that had 2 single STRETCHER beds in it, this is NOT what I expect when I book a 2 bedroom apartment. Price was way overpriced. Apartment felt like a cabin at a caravan park. Furniture around the pool was outdated and resembled that of a caravan park. Terrible. Overpriced.

Air conditioning didn't work lounge had rips and tears on it spider webs everywhere on outside of windows marks and cuts in kitchen bench and vacuum cleaner didn't work properly and there was no mop needed renovations done to property and apartments and the cost to stay there was expensive for what it was

A well appointed, reasonably priced unit (as at November) with a comprehensive set of kitchen equipment. The location turned out to be good (handy to the supermarket at Cabarita, short walk to the Cudgera Creek outlet)
We think the oven does not work (except the grill) but that was a minor inconvenience
Unit comfortable. Close to everything we needed. Mostly very clean.
The cutlery draw had cockroach markings and human hair in it. If you stay make sure you wash everything. Take your own kitchen cleaning stuff as very little supplied.
There are no curtains or blinds in the bedroom so the light comes in very early.
The layout of the unit was great. So much space

The location was perfect, walking distance to the creek and ocean. Groceries and a cafe in walking distance and anything you could need within a 5 min drive.
Very clean, good layout, excellent staff at Holiday Management Company they were very helpful; we had a problem which they addressed in a very efficient, pleasant manner
Lack of general maintenance, outdoor furniture was rusty, dead plants on patios.
Proximity to beach and river, the resident wildlife. Spacious well-equipped apartment with 2 verandahs back and front.
A small thing we could manage with having 2 verandahs: the proximity to the neighbouring apartment and lack of a hard ‚floor to ceiling wall ‚ between the verandas at the front meant you could hear each others every word.
