Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut.Direkt in der Innenstadt. Außergewöhnliche Zimmergestaltung. Große Spiegel an jeder Wand. Lecker Italiener im Erdgeschoss.

Cons:

Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Rezeptionsmitarbeiter - durchweg alle sehr nett und kommunikativ. Ich war überrascht und beeindruckt von der Größe und Gestaltung des Zimmers und Bad - mega viel Platz & Stauraum !!
Tolle , zentrale Lage zur wunderschönen Altstadt
Parken günstig nebenan im Parkhaus...

Cons:

Beim Frühstück Wurst/Käse sowie Gurken & Tomaten zu kalt präsentiert- das Entnehmen fühlte sich wie ein Griff in den Gefrierschrank an.

Das Hotel und vor allem das Zimmer waren einfach bezaubernd, ich hab mich gefühlt wie eine Prinzessin. Hätte es am liebsten gar nicht verlassen, weil ich mich so in die Details verliebt habe.

Pros:

Nothing, we have arrived in night and noone opened us or left keys or instruction to enter so effectively we left.

Cons:

No customer centricity, noone cared about guests that booked but not arrived. And emergency phones - effectively noone picked up phone.

Prima verblijf op een prima locatie
Pros:

Hele grote kamer voor ons drieen. Ook grote badkamer met inloopdouche. Hele fijne bedden! Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Omdat het hotel geen gasten had was het ontbijt niet zo uitgebreid, maar voldoende. Het hotel ligt op steenworp afstand van het prachtige centrum van de stad, en vlak bij parkeergelegenheid en de snelweg. Aanrader!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hiflsbereit

Cons:

Das sogenannte Deluxe Zimmer bestand zur Hälfte aus dem Raum für die Badewanne. Das Zimmer machte insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Hotel ist in erster LInie ein Restaurant.

Prima hotel, we komen zeker terug als we weer eens op door reis zijn.
Pros:

De familiekamer was ruimer dan we gedacht hadden. Ook de badkamer was groot en ruimtelijk. De bedden waren erg comfortabel en de kamer was schoon. Locatie is top je loopt zo de historische binnenstad in. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij en gaven de kinderen ook net even een beetje extra aandacht. Parkeren kan op 1 minuut lopen van het hotel. Parkhaus Mitte kost slechts €7 per dag. Ontbijt was prima en je kan ook avond eten in het hotel daar hebben we alleen zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt.
