Price is great. Neighborhood is good,...diplomatic neighborhood,...though apartment is off the main road and difficult to locate, almost in an alley.......far from subway, A 10-15 minute walk.
Not many food options close by until you get to subway station.
Apartment could be neatened up a bit more,...paint the walls,....better sheets,....

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. So clean. The staff were very kind. I would rather stay here than a large hotel. I will be staying here again.
周辺は、駅からは少し遠いですが、コンビニはセブンとファミマが目の前にあり、日本食のお店も多数ある地域なので不自由はないです。
価格の安さは大きな魅力ではありますが、受付が無く、掃除の人に声をかけてチェックインする形です。英語が通じないので、タイ語⇄日本語の翻訳アプリを用意して行くとスムーズかと思います。デポジットは現金で300バーツ必要です。部屋の中は広さもあってバルコニーで喫煙もできるので長期滞在により適しているかと思います。バストイレとベッドルームは仕切りのドアがあり、バストイレの壁や床に白い粉が降っていてある程度年季を感じます。テレビは日本のチャンネルは見れません。
Phrom Phong역에서 좀 걸어야 합니다. 제가 방문했을 때는 숙소가 리모델링 중이라... 숙소 표지판이 도로변엔 없어서 찾을 때 조금 헤맸네요. 와이파이는.... 숙소 앞 편의점이 2개나 있습니다.
We booked two basic rooms for four adults for two consecutive nights. For what we paid (about US$ 25 per room per night), this could not be beat. Keep in mind it is essentially a small apartment with a fridge but no stove or hot plate. Relatively clean, relatively in good condition. Excellent location. Not a lot of service: we saw the woman at check-in and again at check-out and that was about it. Ask for an interior room if you want to avoid the street noise at night. Ask for a lower floor if you do not want to walk a lot of stairs, as there is no elevator.

The apartment is clean and functional. It had all.that a budget traveller might need. Fridge, TV, good WIFI, hot shower with toiletries and a jug of free water on arrival.
It was quiet during the night but got noisy about 7ish as the room I was in was next.to a busy road.
There are lots of places to get food, I ate street food for 50baht and it was delicious.
The location is not ideal and it took a little local.knowledge to find. It is in a little tambon (side street/back road) just off the bigger road (soi).
If you are unsure then get a motorbike taxi from the bottom of.the Soi. It should cost about 20baht.
Basic room but nice stay. Hard to find the hotel quite hidden in small side road but service was good.
スタッフの方々の対応はいいので問題なしですが、タイ語しか出来ないので、チェックインや領収書発行に時間がかかった。事前にタイ語で予約状況をプリントアウトして行った方が良さそうです。部屋は清潔です。タオルは変えて欲しいと伝えれば快く新しい物をだしてくれました。
受付はありません。メイドさんっぽい人を見つけて訪ねたら部屋番号を教えてくれました。パスポートを写メされました。ワンルームアパートみたいでした。必要なものは一通りありました。プロンポン駅から10分くらいありますが住宅街なので安心して歩けます。コスパはいいと思います。
シングルルーム２泊しましたが、写真で見るようなきれいな部屋ではありませんでした。
場所も分かりにくく、グーグルマップで表示された場所じゃなく、近くの路地を入った裏手にあります。
なのでスワンナプーム国際空港からタクシーで来ましたが、近くまではスムーズに来たのに結局タクシーの運転手もホテルを探しきれず、途中で降りて自力で探しました。
入口を入ってすぐ受付のような場所はありますが、誰もいませんでした。
しかたなく上の階にあがって、掃除中のスタッフを見つけて何とかチェックインしました。
ただ通された部屋が６階で、エレベーターも無く、スーツケースを持って上がるのは一苦労でした。
ＨＰには毎日のルームクリーニングとありましたが、二日目にホテルに戻ってもベッドメイクはおろか、タオルも交換されていません。
ただ、置いておいたチップのそのままだったので、まったく部屋に来ていないのではと思います。
三日目朝にチェックアウトしようにも例によって受付に誰もおらず、しょうがないので２階のスタッフオンリーの部屋をノックしたら眠そうな従業員が出てきてキーを受け取って部屋に戻って行きました。
立地としては、ホテルの路地を出たすぐにコンビニがあり、歩いて５分程度で日本食のお店もあって非常に便利なのですが・・・正直、ホテルの対応が今回と同じなのであれば二度と利用しないと思います。
close enough to walk to trains and action, far enough to get away from it. plenty of tasty food in the area
It was interesting as there was no reception desk and I didn't encounter anyone who spoke English. There was also no security to the building, just the lock on my room door, so if that bothers you I don't recommend this place. Housekeeping didn't enter the room while I was out, which is fine for me. The furniture is really cute and the wifi was really good even for video chatting (I teach online). There are 2 convenience stores across the street and the metro and shopping are less than 10 minutes walking.
