Pros:

Adorei o local. Bonito e confortável. Atendimento bom, piscina boa, café da manhã bom. O quarto é confortável, limpo e cheiroso. Banheiro grande, chuveiro e secador ótimos. Todas as áreas comuns do hotel são belíssimas. Eu amei.

Cons:

Único ponto de melhoria é a acústica. Pessoas falando alto nas escadas reflete muito audível dentro do quarto. Talvez orientar com placas aos hóspedes a necessidade de fazer silêncio.

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto no 3 andar sem elevador, como a minha mãe tem problemas no joelho foi um pouco ruim. Poderiam avisar na reserva esse detalhe. Mas não chegou a impactar negativamente a nossa estadia.

Café da manhã excelente, mas o que mais impressiona é o treinamento do pessoal, a gentileza e a disponibilidade em atender. Além disso eles se oferecem para qualquer coisa que seja necessário, mesmo fora do que seria espertado.

Cons:

A academia é muito precária......sem condições de fazer qualquer coisa que seja.
A piscina tem que se atravessar toda a área externa e subir a colina...........no inverno seria praticamente inviável o uso
