Enjoyable and quiet when you needed to wind down
Pros:

I like the location and the feel of the apartment. Though there was a lmap on a table with no outlet close by which felt weird.

Cons:

There were a lot of intrsuctions for pick up and drop of of keys. was a bit stressfull.

The cleanliness, the lack of communication from customer service regarding air-conditioning ceiling fans. Overall presentation of the property was pretty dismal and gross. One of the big had a dip in one side, so it was very uncomfortable. Overall, our day was pretty ordinary.

The area of this hotel is in the prime location so that is definitely something to note when staying here. If they did happen to take on my feedback and work on their cleanliness we would return as it is prime spot for being near everything but for now we are quite put off.

Cons:

Unfortunately our stay was disappointing due to the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the apartment.

While the apartment looked modern in photos, the actual upkeep did not reflect the price paid for our 10-day stay. We experienced multiple issues including an ineffective dryer that left clothes and towels damp even after overnight cycles, dirty shower tracks and seals with visible grime buildup, leaking/dirty windows, a heavily clogged vacuum cleaner, and dusty air-conditioning/heater filter areas that appeared poorly maintained.

We also raised maintenance concerns during our stay regarding the dryer, toaster and remote. Although we responded promptly when access was requested, follow-up communication was significantly delayed and no meaningful action occurred until we had approximately 3 days remaining of our holiday, making the assistance largely ineffective by that stage.

I will say that after formally raising our concerns following the stay, management acknowledged the issues and offered compensation, which was appreciated. However, overall the apartment did not meet the standard we expected for the amount paid.

Horrible
Pros:

Nothing! The moment we arrived it was unsafe and illegal. The air conditioning was broken with no prior warning. Balcony door was propped open leaving it wide open and unsafe for our5 year old and 3 year old to be in danger of climbing over the edge of the balcony (he also has intellectual disability so does not understand it’s unsafe). We tried to contact QStay for alternative accommodation as it was too unsafe to stay and they were no help! We left within 2 hours of arriving at the property after trying to communicate how unsafe it was and we paid for our own emergency accommodation. We are still trying to get a refund and they are not making progress on this either.

Cons:

QStay were no help, we communicated with them the moment we arrived and said it’s not safe for us to stay. No prior warning aircon was not working (which they would know as the on button has been punched out).

We enjoyed the facilities that the complex had to offer but are unlikely to stay here again.

Lovely views, Fairly spacious apartment, facilities outside of the apartment were nice. Good location

Cons:

The apartment was very dusty. not visible dust, but couches and heavy curtains and carpet sort of dust. We vacuumed the floor when we got there and got about half a barrel of dust. One with allergies and one without both lived on antihistamines the entire stay and the rest of us were sneezing constantly. There was no air-conditioning - this was only made know after a non-refundable booking was made and the promised fans were not supplied. There was visible mould on the roof in the bathrooms and neither bathroom had a fan, unsure if this was related to the air-conditioning issue. The lighting in the apartment was abysmal. so dull and depressing and two lights in the dining and living were flickering. The fridge was missing most of the shelves on the door. Otherwise the beds were comfy, the sheets were clean as was the kitchen.

La proximité du centre ville

Cons:

Contrairement aux appartements du chevron, que nous avons l’habitude de louer, celui-ci était vraiment d’un niveau inférieur, pas de climatisation lorsque nous sommes arrivés la place de parking attribué était prise. Appartement bruyant, tous les matins, nous avions le bruit du souffleur de feuilles de l’agent d’entretien.
