Cons:

外国人特有の香水がベッドに匂いが染みついてた。本当にシーツを替えてるのかぐらい臭かった

値段、立地は良いです
部屋も最低限のものは揃っています。
コスパ重視なら良いと思います

Cons:

1Fフロント前に物が多いのでちょっと戸惑いました。
wifiあるのですが、接続状況はあんまりよく無さそうです。

最悪。
Pros:

全くなし。

Cons:

一度予約しましたが、満室状態で予約を受けたため
宿泊できないからと、一方的にキャンセルされました。
相手都合のキャンセルにもかかわらず、キャンセル料金を
支払いました。ほんと最悪です。
予約を検討している方々に言いたいのは、予約しない方が
良いと言う事です。誠実さが全くないです。

安かったから許せるレベル
Pros:

料金が安い。目の前がコンビニ。川崎駅から歩ける距離。
ベッドはダブルサイズ。部屋が狭いのでエアコンはめちゃ効きがいい。

Cons:

荷物を預かってほしくて１０時頃に寄ったけど、スタッフが捕まらない。電話しても出ない。上の階に声をかけながら探したら居た。荷物は快く預かってくれた。部屋に窓がない。シャワーの水圧が弱い。

もう行かなくて良いかな

扉は壊れるし、部屋のベッドも埃あり。部屋の鍵がかけにくい。防犯的に怖い。全体的に古い。

失敗した
Cons:

部屋、UBの掃除をしているとは思えなかった。エアコンのフィルターの掃除もやった気配が見られない。埃が溜まっているのが直ぐにわかるくらい溜まっているのが見えた。節電を希望している貼り紙があったが自分達がやるべきことをやりなさい。お客が来る為の必要最低限の事しかやって無いのが丸わかり。二度と来ません。
