ベッドにある100Vコンセントは、接続されておらず、ベットでの充電は出来なかった。
週１回の掃除との事でしたが、3週間目からは掃除の札を出しても掃除されませんでした。

危険
Pros:

3泊したが、その間のルームクリーニングはないという制度であった。問題あれば対応はしてもらえるので、無駄にクリーニングをやるよりは、宿泊者としては昼間も自由に出入りできる点で使い勝手が良かった。

Cons:

入り口受付前の通路に段差があり、フロントにあいさつした直後につまづきやすく、危険すぎる。実際、つまづいて体勢を崩したところにカウンターテーブルがあり、そこに頭をぶつけた。3日経った今でも痛みが取れない。フロントにそのことを言ったが、「自分も段差は無くすべきと思うが、（雇われの身では）なんとも仕方ない」と言っていた。早急に対応しないと大事故になると思う。
それと、バストイレユニットがかなり狭く、使い勝手が良くなかった。これに関しては、値段のこともあるので、これは仕方ないかもしれないが、段差は早急に改善すべき。

Lối vào rất bẩn.
Buổi sáng lễ tân ko có người trực.
Khoá cửa đã cũ, khó thảo tác đóng mở.
Khu vựa cầu thang bộ để đồ bừa bãi và lộn xộn.

東京駅に便利と思ったが、川崎駅迄遠く、不便だった

駅近、低価格で満足です。
Pros:

お部屋はシンプルでバスルームも綺麗で良かったと思います。川崎駅から近いのに低価格で満足しました。スタッフの方とはチェックインのみの関わりだったので煩わしさもなかったです。

エレベーターの閉まりが早くて挟まれました笑。

立地の割に格安
内装や設備は割と綺麗で快適だった

Cons:

フロントの対応が雑で不快に思う人は結構いるかも
あと壁に穴が空いてたりドライヤーが断線してて使えなかったくらいかな
でも、マイナス面が問題にならない程のお得感はあったかも

安かったから許せるレベル
Pros:

料金が安い。目の前がコンビニ。川崎駅から歩ける距離。
ベッドはダブルサイズ。部屋が狭いのでエアコンはめちゃ効きがいい。

Cons:

荷物を預かってほしくて１０時頃に寄ったけど、スタッフが捕まらない。電話しても出ない。上の階に声をかけながら探したら居た。荷物は快く預かってくれた。部屋に窓がない。シャワーの水圧が弱い。

最悪。
Pros:

全くなし。

Cons:

一度予約しましたが、満室状態で予約を受けたため
宿泊できないからと、一方的にキャンセルされました。
相手都合のキャンセルにもかかわらず、キャンセル料金を
支払いました。ほんと最悪です。
予約を検討している方々に言いたいのは、予約しない方が
良いと言う事です。誠実さが全くないです。
