Family visit to IRTRA Reu
Pros:

Great place and close to IRTRA. Food in hotel was expensive.

Cons:

Why would the staff not allow Guatemala tipical food from outside, this is a leasure trip and if we like to buy Guatemala tipical food they should help us heat the food and we can enjoy.
Lots of mosquitos entering the room as the door has space between wall and the door.

Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado a la par de los parques del Irtra, pero esperaba mas del hotel por el precio que pague por noche casi los cien dolares por noche sin impuestos. No inc. Desayuno, la habitacion muy basica, sin espejos, dos tablitas por closet, no muy buen aire acond. falta mueble en el baño donde poner los productos personales de higiene, puerta del baño mal ubicada, la internet inestable y lenta. No hay telefono en la habitacion y sin personal que apoye con llevar maletas desde un 3er nivel. La ropa mojada muchos huespedes la dejan en las barandas de los pasillos dando mal aspecto y los pisos mojados resvalosos. Hay hoteles al rededor con mejores tarifas y mas amenidades, ojala mejoren porque el lugar tiene potencial.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

Fue una estadía corta (de paso) pero todo bastante bien. Muy limpio y a la par de los parques del Irtra. Personal amable y eficiente. Nuestra reservación incluía desayuno que estaba muy rico.
Volvería nuevamente.
