Schade!
Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Kaltes Rührei, wenig abwechslungsreich, lieblos. Die Tische der Gäste, die mit dem Frühstück fertig waren wurden nicht abgeräumt.
Kompilziertes Einchecken bevor man in das Hotel kommt. Das Personal war wenig engagiert und desinteressiert. Völlig überlagertes Obst auf dem Tresen - unansehnlich. Das Hotel werden wir nicht noch einmal besuchen!

Cons:

Jeg har alltid likt dette hotellet, så jeg bestilte et rom denne gangen også. Bortsett fra den ødelagte nattbordslampen og gamle pålegg til frokost var det verste kaffemaskinen i frokostsalen. Det var alltid mulig å nyte frokosten her i fred og ro, men kaffemaskinen var så bråkete at den mistet hotellets intime atmosfære.

Super Lage am Havel-Radweg und zentral in der Stadt.

Cons:

Auf einen Automaten zum Check in war ich nicht vorbereitet, aber es wurde bereitwillig geholfen.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer
Pros:

Wir haben das Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Eines der größeren Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich war positiv überrascht, da es auch im Badezimmer keine Beanstandung gab. Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Ein klitzekleines Makel muss ich doch hinzufügen... die Zimmertüren schließen sehr laut, sodass ich einige Male wach wurde.

Sehr schlecht bis unmöglich!
Pros:

Nichts, wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir 0 Sterne vergeben.

Cons:

Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt im Hotel. Wir sollten am Automaten mehrere 100,- € bezahlen, ohne das gebuchte Zimmer überhaupt gesehen zu haben. Wir kaufen doch keine Katze im Sack! Es gab lediglich einen telefonischen Kontakt. Wir haben sofort storniert. Da gönnt man einem Portier noch nicht einmal einen Arbeitsvertrag.

Alles automatisiert ohne Personal vor Ort
Cons:

Praktisch kein Personal vor Ort, Checkin über Automat (der kaputt war und erst repariert werden musste). Wer seinen Code nicht zu Hand hat ist verloren. Hotline mit KI-Bot, sehr nervig überhaupt an einen Ansprechpartner zu kommen.
Frühstück für Vegetarier/Veganer ausgelegt, für “normale” Bedürfnisse sehr dünn. Der Wert von 16,80 pro Frühstück erschließt sich aus dem Angebot nicht.
