Cons:

There is a bad smell in the dormitory, probably the room guests put their shoes and slippers next to their beds. And it will be more secure to separate the sessions for female and male in the dormitory (if it is not full house on that floor).

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the walking street, very convenient for food and shopping. Free coffee and tea are available at the lobby. Staff are nice. Room is clean. Size is as other in Japan, not a large one.
