Categories

Cleanliness
5.2
Multiple reviews report cleanliness problems: ants and cockroaches, bad smells in rooms, stains on bedding/towels, dirty toilet bowls and occasional leaks — cleanliness is a notable weakness.
Service
8
Staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful and cordial; guests appreciated assistance and hospitality despite some maintenance/service gaps (e.g., noisy/unserviced AC).
Location
9.5
Consistently praised: right in the heart of Pantai Cenang/opposite main Cenang beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, duty-free and nightlife — the hotel's strongest asset.
Room Quality
7
Mixed feedback: many guests enjoyed clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good air-conditioning, but others experienced leaks, being moved to smaller rooms and occasional poor cleaning.
Amenities
6.2
Amenities are basic: some in-room extras (iron, kettle) but lacking broader facilities (no pool, limited toiletries, few on-site services) and several guests noted 'no facilities' or very basic provisions.
Value for Money
8.5
Frequently described as cheap and good value for the price — guests recommend it for budget-conscious travellers seeking a convenient location.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Limited mentions; guests suggest improving breakfast/menu. No strong positive F&B feedback, so score reflects modest satisfaction with room for improvement.
Overall Experience
7.5
Overall a pleasant and convenient stay for the price thanks to location and friendly staff, but marred by cleanliness and limited amenities which prevent a higher overall rating.

A resort or motel would provide better experience than this.
Pros:

Location being in front of the beach

Cons:

Almost everything, they call themselves a hotel but didn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush, pillow cover was torn, soap looked like a small hockey puck, 10% service charge was taken with almost no service
