Off the beaten track but worth the trip
Pros:

As a residential education centre, the bedrooms are a good size with a comfy bed, large study desk, plenty of power sockets and ensuite bathrooms.

I booked this stay at very short notice, having been let down by another hotel, but still got a reasonable price considering it was a midweek stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Cons:

There are limited parking spaces near the Reception area, but there's not much that can be done about that due to its proximity to a public road. There is, however, a large overflow car park a short walk away. My only quibble would be a lack of "back-to-back" spaces, which meant the rear of my vehicle (a 7 seat VW Multivan) was overhanging the bay slightly.

Cold and disappointing

Cons:

My room was cold after 4 calls to reception and radio silence between my call i finally got another room only to be told by the manager I shouldn’t wear shorts…. I was under the blanket fully dressed.

The spa staff were unbelievably rude also

À proximité du bureau et hors du trafic de Bedford. Hotel pour séminaire convention training offrant le service hôtelier complet. Literie ok. Sanitaire ok. Wifi ok sur PC. Petit déjeuner excellent

Good, but no hot water and shower gel empty was annoying!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Modern complex.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean.
Bathroom was clean, warm with nice smelling shower gel provided.

Cons:

No bed side light, strange led wall light???
No easily accessible plug next to the bed, had to drag the bedside cabinet away from the wall to use it.
Bathroom decor needs some tlc, but very clean.
On entry to the complex at night no obvious signage directing you to the hotel (conference centre behind hotel looks like photos of hotel).
