The facilities were nice and clean. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable enough. Heated towel rail in the bathroom was nice because it kept the bathroom warm. The staff were lovely and the food was good.
My first night it took almost 2 hours to find the hotel. There should be more signs for it. Other then that there really wasn't anything to complain about.
First stay at Cranfield. Lovely quite hotel out of the way . Facilities were excellent and the breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. Will stop again if travelling in the area.
Suna
The fax that tv wont connext to the internet and also internet wasent conneting i have to wifi from ky phone
Met expectations - as a commuting worker / student - it is an ideal location on campus for short stays. The gym facilities are reasonable, and the breakfast is top notch.
The rooms are a little inconsistent throughout all of my stays so some variance in space and quality - but cleanliness & the likes are always great.
Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna.

Location, Room clean comfortable . gym facilities area great for running
WIFI not great, Buffett menu expensive and seating on Bar area for eating not adequate.
at breakfast due to corporate groupings non corporate quest have to share tables.
Plug hole in bath room 179 not working so had to have a shower and stand in cold water in the morning
I've stayed before, and it's usually been fine, no issues, with decent clean facilities and a good breakfast. Staff are usually friendly and supportive, and the parking is easy too.
I had a really bad experience in room 24. The room was warm, in fact so warm overnight that i had heat exhaustion all night and the next day. My health was severely affected by the faulty radiator/aircon unit in the room which clearly only pumped out hot air, the window barely opened and the radiator in the bathroom did not switch off. As a result I had to leave my lecture early the next day, and attempt to drive home - feeling like I had been poisoned. I did complain to the hotel, but nothing seemed to be taken seriously. My health was severely affected by this nights stay, and I still don't feel well today. It's a shame management have not taken this seriously.
The room is comfotable with a very good sized desk and excpetionally fast free wifi. The evening meal and breakfast were also very good. I have stayed here several times and it is amazing value for money.
No issues come to mind.
