Great location for our daughter's graduation. Comfortable beds with great air con. Staff were excellent.
Pros:

Staff were great, esp the bar staff. Good air con as it was very hot. Good to have a pool to cool down too.

Convenient location great breakfast
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the air con worked well. The free hot drinks were a nice touch. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The downstairs areas were not air conditioned. The WiFi in the room was poor. The TV needed tuning to get the channels to work. We could have done with an extra power point near the beds (there was only one). The bar toilets were a little dated and could do with a refresh.

Cons:

They closed the hotel on Sunday, and moved us to the hotel next door, Mitchell hall. Which didn’t have aircon..! And dy
compared to management development centre. Think it was a money saving exercise. Nothing much we could do about it we needed some where to stay,

Central location to where we needed to be

Cons:

We both had the worst sleep ever! Bed was so uncomfortable that we were exhausted the next day. I can’t recall the last time we had such a dreadful sleep in a hotel bed! English Breakfast was terrible, everything was overcooked and disgusting. I just had toast in the end. One towel in the room even though I checked in 2 people.

Pros:

Comfortable and quiet. Spotlessly clean. Fee parking with EV charging available

Cons:

Very large with a longish walk to the room. If you have mobility challenges let them know in advance so you can ask for a room closer to reception
