Unfriendly Staff......
Pros:

Is anyone at this hotel friendly. There is not a single employee I encountered that seemed happy to be there. When I checked in they authorized my card for incidentals and then would not let me son charge anything to the room. I inquired why they are holding incidentals if we can't charge anything to the room. The front desk agent stated it was for other incidentals like parking or laundry. That makes zero sense. Charge me for parking immediately and don't hold money on my card if I'm not allowed to charge things to my room. At the breakfast the next morning. I had to wait 15 minutes to make my toast because the front desk agent was using the one side of the toaster.

It was a pleasant surprise but would recommend upgrading the pullout mattress.
Pros:

The room was wonderful and spacious for our family of five. The bathroom was nice. We appreciated the early morning breakfast with spinach to add with our eggs!

Cons:

The pull-out trundle mattress was awful. Our youngest slept on it and woke up with pain in her shoulders and backs from the springs. The AC unit was also quite loud but helped to drown out some of the late night noise from neighbors.
