Enjoyed our stay.

Overpriced for the quality of stay

Room was dirty, mold in the shower, couch pullout bed had a broken frame and had not been cleaned , microwave had a short in it

Pros:

The room was run down…The carpet was wet when we got there and it smelled really bad. The smell was bad the whole time I was there. I have to go buy something to take away the smell a little. Wasn’t a good experience this time.

Room was great service was not impressive
Pros:

Location was great clean hotel

Cons:

I personally didn’t liked the way the little boy handled everything he seemed uncomfortable with his job and when asked questions
When I asked for early access he didn’t even checked with house keeping
Just said no and turned away

Line at check-in was long and it was after the regular check in hour. Many rooms were not clean/available, but thank goodness, mine was. More staff is definitely needed. But overall, I would go back. Breakfast food was good.

Pros:

My daughter is stationed in Kingsville so we road tripped to see her. Stayed 7 nights and it met our needs. It was home away from home. Our tv wasn’t working to start and they were up to fix it immediately. Highly recommend staying here especially if you are going to be in town for an extended period of time.
