This hotel has very friendly staff. It is in a great location.

The staff there were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and polite

Cons:

The room we had did not have a view. I specifically asked for a nice view. There was a large white machine blocking our view. The walls in the room were dirty. There was black mold in the shower.
The breakfast was mostly prepackaged food choices. No eggs to go with the bacon

Pros:

When we checked in we found our room microwave did not work and the TV in the sitting area did not work. We reported this to the desk clerk. When we returned to our room the next evening, nothing had been corrected. Also on the second day, our room coffee had not been refilled. While the mattress may be a personal preference, it was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I had terrible back pain on both mornings. (Room 318)
