Lovely staff
Pros:

Very welcoming staff at reception including the lovely girl who generously carried my bags up to our room.

A very Beautiful bathroom
Nice bar within the hotel for pre dinner drinks

Cons:

The bedroom lacked any real substance, stained carpets a badly damaged wooden desk placed under the window making it impossible to physically open the window. No where to place our clothing, chest of drawers would have been really appreciated. The small wardrobe space and two shelves were filled with coffee & tea making equipment, and other bits and bobs. Photo attached.

It may be that they are in the midst of a room renovation and chose to do the bathrooms first? We chose one of the most expensive rooms for our two night stay but the standard of the room did not at all reflect the price that we paid so felt really quite disappointed in the quality of room and the overall value for money.

Maybe once the rooms have been upgraded we may return.

Great stay, would book again.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff checked us in a bit early, and we enjoyed a snack in the bar and a cocktail while waiting. Very convenient to the Thames riverside and the terrace garden. Responded quickly about a forgotten item and held it for us at checkout. Nice people!

Overpriced - arrogant unhelpful staff.
Cons:

Bar staff shouldnt be allowed to work in hospitality - and the guys on reception not much better. The lady the next morning was outstanding, but it was too late for me.

Great location,fabulous breakfast .
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location.
Short walk to the park and river to where bars and restaurants,boats etc.

Cons:

Room was too hot air conditioning didn’t work .
Pillows were quite thin even when you use two of them.

The car parking. we received a ticket yet paid at the hotel. The hotel cancelled the ticket but it was a little annoying.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll, mit sehr freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Essen. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Parkplatz (GBP 15 pro Tag) direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war winzig, auch verglichen mit anderen englischen Hotels.
Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel, gleich neben Richmond Park, mit toller Aussicht, aber ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof.
