S-peria Inn Nihonbashi Hakozaki

ホテル内もとても清潔感がありとてもよかったです。
荷物を預ける際やチェックインの際などもスタッフの方々の対応がすごくよく一泊だけでしたがとても気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

Very clean, 2 minutes walk to Tokyo Air Terminal, friendly front desk, daily room cleaning, towel/bed changes. Stayed in double room which I found very compact for two person and this is why only 4 stars. I might consider it for the next trip again.

I booked a solo room by myself before joining a tour group. My solo room was pretty cramped, but kind of expected for Tokyo's density. Everything was functional, the free pyjamas barely fit in me, but since I move a lot, it has become uncomfortable wearing it.

The amenities were great, the breakfast was amazing! Good amount of meal choices. The washroom was obviously divine knowing that it's Japan after all. It's a short distance to the river, perfect for some night walks, and a perfect view of the Skytree in the distance as well. That's pretty cool.

The hotel staff were pretty prompt at restocking the room's supplies everyday. There will be a plastic package waiting for you everyday if they haven't managed to get in your room.

五泊した。ホテルは清潔で心地よいが、どこのホテルもコーヒーフリーが多かったが、ここは一泊でも連泊してもwelcomeドリンク1回分しかなく連泊のメリットは感じなかった。たかがコーヒーだけど、気分の問題かな…
部屋に電子レンジなく、フロントに対応してもらわないと温めたりできない。
料金は変動制で、安い時に宿泊できたらお得感は感じる。
ベットメイクの女性(おそらく中国の方)の対応は心ある対応で日本人も見習った方がいいと思ったくらい腰が低く丁寧。それに救われてこのホテルでは居心地よかった。自分の判断は最終的に人かな？！ありがとうございました

滞在時間が短かったのが惜しい。素敵なホテルだったのでゆっくりしたかった。またお世話になろうと思います。

部屋はとてもコンパクトでしたが、綺麗で良かったです。

A clean and compact hotel, bigger than similar price range hotels. The T-Cat airport coach terminal is just 5 minutes walk, so very convenient Although you have to pay double the price of the public subway or train service, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the drive.

施設そのものは清潔で良い。狭いのは仕方がない。

ゲストが日本人・外国人のどちらであっても成り立つ接客のトレーニングを受けた方が良いと思う。あまり元気がないのも気になる。
朝食ブッフェは宣伝してる内容と違うし、高いと感じた。

Great location. 5 min from the airport limousine bus stop. The room is very small but the bath room is great. Not sure how clean the bed cover was, but good pajamas.

The room is small. I only booked there because of my Japanese friends were staying there.

Only bad thing were the pillows and the hard beds

フロントの接客、お願いへの対応、お部屋の清潔度、毎日の掃除の状態、お風呂、トイレ、満足のいくものでした。周辺はXX町は閑静な雰囲気で静か、人形町界隈は食べることに困らない町、TCATから空港へ、地下鉄での移動、江戸バス利用、至極便利な立地にあります。また、宿泊先として選定したいと思います。

There’s 3 different subway in 15min walk,very
convenient. Night time was so chill nice to walk and explore.

Close to TCAT (Airport Bus) terminal and Hanzomon line that takes you to Shibuya/Sky Tree.

Hotel was clean and the bed was spacious. There wasn't much noise issues on the higher floors. Room cleaning service is done everyday. There was a hair dryer and daily necessities such as shampoo/body wash/towels.

Only a small issue for guests staying longer is that the washing machines take very long (my wash cycle was stuck at 13 minutes for 30 minutes) and the dryer can't dry thicker clothes such as denim & knitwear in 1 cycle. However there are laundry shops nearby for other options.

There is not much food choices near the hotel, but the food street is about 10 minutes walk away. TCAT building has MacDonald's and some Japanese food options. There is a Lawson's convenience shop just down the street but it's a small one.

Great hotel with spacious room (in downtown standard). The double bed is in extra large size. Love it. Only downside is that there are not many dining options around the area.
