It was a bed to sleep in.
Pros:

I was able to just go out my door to toilet the dogs and repack my car. Ther6 is a pizza place next door that was good.

Cons:

The staff at the desk in the morning were grumpy.

Prima ruime kamers op uitstekende locatie voor een prima prijs!
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers, dichtbij shops en restaurants én Waterton is prima op rijafstand. De zakjes met een compleet assortiment voor ontbijt waren heel lekker en handig: voelde als een extra verrassing!
Ook de automaat op de gang met ijsblokjes en de automaat met koffie/thee/chocolademelk (en meer!) was erg fijn!

All good except for the breakfast.

I like everything. Location, staff, facilities, cleanliness, and free unlimited coffee.

Cons:

There was a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast due to the picture shown on Booking.com. I was expecting a hot, cooked breakfast, but instead, I was given a bagged breakfast.

I suggest removing or updating the breakfast picture to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure that guests have accurate expectations.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but the breakfast & value for the price were disappointing.
Pros:

I really loved how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was. We stayed in a ground-floor room, which had two doors, one providing direct access to the parking area and the other leading to the hotel lobby, making it very convenient.

One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness. The room, bathroom and even the sink were spotless and clearly cleaned thoroughly. The bed sheets, comforter and pillowcases all smelled fresh and clean, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

While we had a comfortable stay overall, I do feel that the price is a bit high for a room with just one king bed, especially since it's not a buffet breakfast.

I was expecting a buffet breakfast based on the photos posted, so it was disappointing to find out that breakfast had been replaced with a grab-and-go bag. The bag included a banana muffin, juice box, yogurt, trail mix, a granola bar, an apple, and complimentary coffee in the lobby. While the snacks were appreciated, it wasn't what I expected considering we paid almost $560 for 2 nights. The breakfast area had also been converted into a mini casino, which was unexpected as well.

Our friends also had an unpleasant experience with a few staff members, who they found to be rude. Fortunately, my family and I didn't encounter any issues ourselves and the staff we interacted with were ok.

The front desk staff was not nice and friendly and not warm. Very impatient and his irritation was obvious. Being kind doesn’t cost anything and customer service in a hotel is very important
