Great Location, very nice staff, wonderful rooms, highly recommended for any occasion.
Pros:

Arrived early afternoon and were told to wait a bit till room was ready since it was before checkin time. Staff was so nice and welcoming. We were offer cold sodas since it was so hot outside, so nice and sat down in the lobby area, which was also very nice. Got into our room 15 min after and were amazed of how beautiful and confortable it was. Had a great view of the edge. The room was pristine as well as the bathroom. There was so much natural light in the room and it had great curtains in case we wanted less light. My sister and I took a nap and could not believe how comfortable and big the bed was. Absolutely loved the comforters! Great size room, highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing really, everything exceeded our expectations. FYI there is no terrace except for specific rooms on the 10 floor, so check before making a reservation.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at staypineapple. The location was perfect in midtown. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond with the customer service. Had an amazing time at this place.

Cons:

Bathroom are kinda cramped. But It is expected in new York City.

Cons:

I’m not sure how many there are but the rooms with a Murphy bed are not great. No space for anything and my back really complained. Once I slept on a normal bed it was fantastic

Comfortable stay in central location at a reasonable price for Downtown Manhattan.

very small room. but that's Manhattan for you.
There is a mandatory nightly hotel amenity fee to cover the following.

Great Service
Pros:

Absolutely love the location and the price point. The bed was extremely comfortable. The customer service is fantastic and staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Love the lobby and the atmosphere of this place.

Rooms were small. I do have some suggestions, first a full size dresser and full length mirror would be great and much more efficient. I would also suggest a fan in the bathroom.

Comfort, quality and value!
Pros:

I stay in a lot of hotels, and Staypineapple Midtown gets the details right that most places don't.

The bedding and pillows are actually fresh so you don't have to do that thing where you avoid touching anything that doesn't look washable. Towels are high quality. Real coffee grounds in the room instead of those sad pods. Robes, which for me is non-negotiable. The room was quiet and spacious by Manhattan standards, and staff responded fast whenever I asked for anything.

Small stuff, but it's the stuff that makes the difference. Would absolutely stay again.
