Pros:

スタッフ様、フロント、クリーニングの方も皆様とても、丁寧、親切、笑顔、早急な御対応をして頂き、また、ホテル内、お部屋も凄く綺麗で、家族での良い思い出旅行になりました。
流石、JAL、オークラさんと言った信頼と安心のホテルだなと思いました。

Cons:

4人部屋を利用させて頂いたのですが、4人部屋に対しての冷蔵庫が小さかった事と、冷えが悪く、その2点だけ残念に思いました

Great location and lovely hotel. Excellent customer service from the staff which got us out of a hole!

Great location and staff were very helpful in sorting out the difficulties we had with the room.

Cons:

We booked for two adults and a child. The hotel accepted the booking and so we assumed that there’d be a sofa bed or something in the double room for our daughter to sleep on. Unfortunately, when we got there there was literally just a double bed. In the end we managed to make up a bed with blankets and a spare duvet which the reception staff kindly organised for us. It was a bit disappointing but probably our fault for not checking the booking properly. Just be warned if you’re travelling with a child that the only way to stay at this hotel is to get two rooms and sleep in separate rooms!

今まで8年泊まり続けたかもういい。
Pros:

最悪、ブッキング.comで去年10月に予約入れました。14泊。が今年3月にルールが変わりエグゼクティブクラスもブッキング.comで予約を入れると全ての特典が受けられないと。そんな連絡入ってなくならブッキング.com使わなかったとなるの？なんか理不尽。

Cons:

アイスのマシンが故障ですぐに直す気がなくいちいち受付に取りに手間が。

部屋が広めでゆったりでき、お風呂もバスタブ付き。朝食のブッフェも充実で、スタッフの方も親切。混んでいた朝、テーブルが空いた時間に部屋へ連絡くれたりと丁寧に対応していただきました。
