Exactly what I needed it to be.
Pros:

The hotel itself was close proximity to a subway station (right outside of it) and also close proximity to Zepp Fukuouka so it was very convenient for getting anywhere I needed to go. If I was in the area again I would likely be willing to stay here again.

Cons:

There honestly was nothing that bothered me about this hotel. The room was nice, location was nice, price was reasonable.

唐人町の駅が近い。
スタッフさんが優しい。
セブンイレブンが隣にあるし、それ以外にも近くにコンビニがたくさんある。
歩いて数分のところに、マックスバリュがある。
すぐ近くに、うどん屋さんがある。
徒歩10分ぐらいのところに、マークイズももちがある。
朝食が最高です😊

いつも通りでした。これまでありがとう。
Pros:

HKT48劇場に行くのに何度も利用させてもらっていて駅にも近いしベストロケーション。

Cons:

今はどうか分からないけど以前は、段ボールを常設していなくて旅行の最終日には利用出来なかったのが残念でした(宅配便を送れない)。

Pros:

駅周辺でコンビニが近くて便利、スタッフの方が、こちらの質問に丁寧に答えてくてとても良かった。

Cons:

今回は、あまり気にならなかったが、各部屋の入り口が、外部に面している構造なので、真冬や真夏は、どうかなと。とは言え、エレベーターから部屋までの短い間だけですがね。

Pros:

The location was unbeatable, right next to a subway entrance and walking distance to so many wonderful neighborhoods and Ohori Park. The staff were incredibly kind and the breakfast was lovely. The staff cleaned and restocked my room every day.

コンビニが目の前　コーヒー類がいつでも飲める
部屋にミネラルウォーターがある
pay payドームに歩いていける

隙間風があり寒い
駅からの出口エレベーターは遠くなる
近い出口は階段で荷物があると大変
